I’m not just a dog lover, I’m a trained and experienced professional. I studied Animal Management full-time in college, followed by completing a Canine First Aid course. I’ve spent many years working with dogs in a professional capacity, including dog boarding, home-from-home care, and dog walking. Now, having purchased my own home, I’m proud to offer a dedicated home from home dog boarding and service in a safe, welcoming environment. Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of dogs of all breeds, ages, and temperaments. This hands-on experience has given me a deep understanding of canine behaviour and the ability to adapt to each dog’s unique personality. Whether your dog is active and playful or quiet and cautious, I know how to help them feel secure, comfortable, and happy during their stay. I’m also fortunate to live in a peaceful area surrounded by beautiful woodland walks, perfect for calm, enriching outings. With me, your dog isn’t just staying somewhere, they’re being cared for by someone who truly understands what they need to thrive.

Jenny was great. Her communications was regular and I could tell our pup was really cared for and had a lovely time. :)
I was very anxious about leaving our 9 month cockapoo while we went away, mainly because he is a bit of a handful. We picked jenny due to previous reviews and she was great. He had a great time, we got some lovely updates which put my mind at rest so I could enjoy my holiday. Would recommend, and will use her again.
Marty and Nell had a fantastic time with Jenny. One of dogs can be reactive towards other dogs and wasn’t sure how he’d settle with someone else. We didn’t need to worry- they settle as soon as they set foot in Jenny’s house, so much so they weren’t that bothered we turned up to collect them! Jenny kept us well informed of how they were throughout the stay and was very accommodating to our needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jenny to anyone, our dogs will certainly be back!
Another wonderful stay with Jenny
Jenny has been absolutely fabulous. Managed to fit my boys in very last minute (2 days before we left🙈) due to our original sitter cancelling on us. Her home was so secure, clean, tidy and very much designed for the dogs. She’s very understanding of dog behaviour, stress signals and put me at ease with her knowledge and experience. It was my first time leaving overnight and for multiple nights and with them being my clingiest boys who’d quite happily crawl under my skin if it was an option as most whippet and iggy owners will understand, I always worry about leaving them with anyone but jenny made me feel so at ease, you could tell they were treated as part of the family and them and they’re clingy ways were fully understood. She kept me updated with pictures and texts of what they’d been up to, if they’d been eating and how they were behaving. They’ve come back very happy content lads and I will definitely book with jenny again
I can’t thank Jenny enough for the last min booking. This was the 1st time we left Billy with anyone for a trip away. Messages and photos / videos to put me at ease, welcoming, friendly, thank you!

Schedule
I work from home in my own separate business which is mainly ran from my phone and so your dog will rarely be left alone, if I do pop out to the shops or something I have a live camera linked to my phone to check on them.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a lovely quiet home where your dog can lounge as well as enjoy a secure fenced garden. I have my owns dogs who are lovely friendly dogs who are well known for their ability to get on with other dogs to keep yours company but also have the facility to keep your dog/s completely separate. I never leave them unattended together.
A typical day
Great walks in beautiful rural surroundings, mentally stimulating games, anything your dog needs to be comfortable and enjoy themselves I will make sure I provide.
