Awesome! We are very happy with the care Suzuki had while we were away, very comfortable leaving our dog in Jenny's care

Jenny accepted our day care request right away. She made us feel very comfortable from the start. She sent us many pictures of Lily playing or running with other dogs. Every update and every picture made us happy and sure that Lily having fun, enjoying her time with other furry friends. Thanks Jenny for taking care of Lily! We will definitely be back, Lily is looking forward for next play day already!

Jenny was nice and kind when I started to bring Zoro for day care, so he can get used at her house before boarding for 15 nights. After the first time, I submitted a good review, since my dog was happy to go there. After our departure, she was sending a few pictures once a day without any explanation of how is our dog doing, so I started to ask about him, being concerned because we know he’s very sensitive. She replied in a very “harsh” way, so I didn’t ask her anymore for almost all the length of our vacation, just waiting every day a sign about Zoro, since she wasn’t cooperative at all and she lectured me that she doesn’t have anything to report, telling me that she's frustreted that I'm asking about him and to cut short my vacation if I'm so worried about him. Jenny never let me se her house or deck and yard, bringing up that the dogs that are there are very loud and they would be disturbed by my presence. Zoro was in a very poor shape when we took him home, lost 4 lb, extremely dirty and strong urine smelling, barely walking and stressed at any gesture towards him, as well as not wanting to approach other dogs, even though he was extremely friendly and interested in playing before. Jenny returned the container with the pumpkin puree full with mold and his desecrated 270$ bed soaked in urine from the other dogs, so probably he slept for 2 weeks on the floor. I asked her to reimburse me for the bed and she replied that my attitude is disgusting and I should be ashamed. Rover was so thoughtful and compassionate to reimburse me for the new bed I had to buy for Zoro and I'm really greatful. Jenny might be OK to have dogs in day care, or just a few days, but definitely she’s not invested in keeping in good conditions a dog for long term, and I truly believe that no pet or owner should be treated the way she did.

Jenny was amazing and took very good care of our dog! It was our first time leaving him and she really made me feel comfortable by sending me pictures of him having fun and updates which I really appreciated :)

Jenny was fantastic! She kept us up to date with how Kuma was doing throughout the weekend, and he was totally pooped out for a couple days once he got home. Seems like he got plenty of exercise!
