I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for most of my life I’ve had many pets myself and have grown up around many others. I’m a 25 year old female who recently graduated from Acadia University with a BSc majoring in Biology and Environmental Science. I love animals and miss walking dogs. I am also a runner so if your looking for a running buddy for your dog you don’t have to look any further! I would gladly have your pets stay over night and provide them with an amazing stay filled with cuddles, exercise and treats! I also have my own vehicle so I am able to drive to destinations if needed. I am so excited I found Rover and I can’t wait to get to meet you and all of your furry friends!

I am willing to take any dogs for walks up to 2 at a time. I also can visit homes to let dogs out to use the bathroom and feed any pets in the home while away on vacation or at work. I can take dogs in for boarding but only for a maximum of 3 nights. I have a back outdoor space but do not have a huge yard, however I am a 3 minute walk to the Halifax commons which is a great area for dogs.

Jenny was great. I dropped my bernedoodle, Ghillie, with her for an overnight stay. She followed al instructions diligently, spent lots of time on walks, and sent me pictures and updates. I will definitely use her for overnights again!

If you are looking for a sitter or a dog walker that is compassionate, loving and treat your fur baby as if they were their own, I would highly recommend Jenny as she has such a calming presence and animals seem to flock to her! She has looked after our old boy for us, Mojo, and the love and compassion she shows for that dog is beyond! He does have arthritis and many large tumors on his body, and Jenny has taken that all into consideration when she looks after him, my boy absolutely loves her when she is with him! Her approach to each animal is to customize what is best for the individual and not just run of the mill techniques. So if a dog has mobility issues she ensures that the activity matches the ability.

Schedule
I currently work Monday to Friday from 8-4 so I am free any nights and weekends to look after your pets wether it be walking, pet sitting or boarding!
