My work schedule is very flexible. Plenty of time for walks, dog park, frequent backyard outings. When we are home, we are really home. A trip to the gym or store is about the extent of our time out of the house. We will notify owners of any additional plans to work out what is best for your dog for longer absences.

With a fully fenced in yard and regular known schedule for property maintenance we have had zero issues with pets getting out. Additionally I have collars with AirTags I can put on them upon arrival, if this is an issue you have concerns about. We are extremely cautions with doors and company while you entrust us with the care of your dog(s).

*** Update**** I prefer to have a Meet & Greet with you and your pet prior to boarding to ensure that we are a good fit. I have decided to be more selective on the types of pets I host in my home. Must play well with other dogs! House broken and non-destructive are a must! High energy dogs are ok but, they need to be trained or follow simple commands. Zoomies are ok, constant non-compliant energy, is not a good fit for me. I prefer a dog who is trained and doesn't rip off shoulders on walks. I have had bad luck with male un-neutered dogs marking in my home. This is not acceptable behavior to me, which is why I no longer accept them. No breed preferences. All doggies deserve love! Please consult with me about medical issues & behavioral issues. Does your pet get separation anxiety? Door darter or eating issues in your absence? Anything special that they enjoy or a comfort toy? Do they enjoy dog parks and are they socialized?
A typical day
All around home areas that they are comfortable in. Local parks, washes or any other place with things to sniff and explore. Ball fetching, belly scratches, snuggles, swims and treats.

Pet care experience
I lost my last of 2 boys a few summers ago. Chunk was 17, his brother Leko passed at 15 two years prior. They brought me constant joy and love. Anyone would tell you, I was a great dog mom. I’m looking for reasons to get out walking but without all the responsibility of pet ownership. I am happy to bring that kind of joy and energy back to my home that only a dog can provide. While I have recovered from the loss of my babies, my work and travel schedule currently prevent me from having a dog of my own just yet. I think this is the perfect solution. I’ll love your pet like it’s my own. I have a doggie door and pool. A side rocky area for bathroom breaks, if they don’t go on their walks. Excellent at senior care and post surgical quarantine. I’ve cared for friend's dogs that have small children and couldn’t have their pet at home following major procedures. I’ve rehabbed/ cared for knee surgeries, spay & neuter, tumor removal and back leg paralysis, one eyed, 3 legged, allergic to everything dogs without incident. I guess it’s just time to do it more professionally with your trust. I work full time from home, with a very light schedule and few time concerns or restrictions. I do travel frequently and will update availability accordingly. Twice a day feeding, daily walks, pets, snuggles and quality time are not an issue. Back of the house is fully fenced or high brick wall. Side gate is locked. Doggie door has a security slider for when landscaping or pool maintenance come or if you prefer them to not have free range. I live in a quiet cul de sac a bit buried in my community. Double doors to the garage (our preferred entry in most common situations) prevent door darter situations.
Reviews

Jennifer and Greg were great with Mia! Bailed me out of a last minute dog care situation and treated Mia like their own...Mia had a bit of a gastro issue (like just a bit of anxiety getting settled in) but they handled it really well and with ease. Picked up a happy and tired dog who got lots of pets and lots of fetch. Highly recommend!

Excellent Mya enjoyed her stay and it was wonderful!

We left our 2 dogs with Jennifer for the first time while we were out of town last week. She was amazing!! She kept in constant contact and with pics. It took all the stress away from leaving our pups.We were afraid they might not want to come home. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable pet sitter.

Jennifer was amazing! My goldendoodles - Anna and Elsa, had the best time staying overnight. This was our first time leaving our dogs somewhere other than home, and we were very nervous, but Jennifer made us feel completely at ease. It feels so good to know we can trust someone with our babies. Now we can actually plan a vacation knowing they’ll be in great hands. Highly recommend and would absolutely book with her again!
