Walks, Cuddles & Care - Just Like Home
I’ve been around dogs and other pets for most of my life and love caring for them. I often look after my daughter’s dogs - a lively working cocker spaniel and a sweet bichon mixed breed. Before that, we had a much-loved Airedale who was a member of our family for many years, who we got as a puppy. I’ve also had other pets in the past who lived long, happy lives, so I understand the commitment, patience and love they need. Family, friends and neighbours have trusted me over the years to walk, feed and keep their pets company. Having cared for dogs with different temperaments and needs, I make sure each pet feels comfortable, safe and well looked after. Whether it’s walks, playtime or cuddles, I’ll treat your pet as if they were my own.

Jenny is an absolutely wonderful dog sitter. She looked after Pebble while we were away and he was well looked after, loved and cared for like he was her own. I can’t recommend her highly enough. She is a lovely kind person with a beautiful nature.
We wish we could give Jennifer more than 5 stars! She took such wonderful care of our dog while we were away, and we felt so confident that she was in good hands. Jennifer was especially attentive to keeping her cool during the hot weather, adapting walks and play time accordingly to keep her safe and comfortable, and she kept us posted with frequent updates during her stay. We’d happily board with Jennifer again, and would very highly recommend her!
Jenny looked after our elderly Westie with great care and kept us fully informed as to how he was doing (he stayed during an extreme heat wave) - I would highly recommend her and hope to be able to use her to care for home again soon
Jenny was a pleasure to work with. This was the first time Alphie had stayed with her for an overnight visit. We had done a meet & greet before, so Alphie had met Jenny and visited her house. I knew instantly he felt comfortable there with her. He was very happy and content there. We have booked Jenny again for two more overnight visits during the summer. I know he’ll be well cared for. Jennifer took such good care of our dog while we were away on holiday. She was very interested in getting to know her really well and made sure to do everything possible to keep her happy and comfortable during her stay. Darcie clearly loves staying with Jenny. When I dropped her off last time, she was so excited to get into the house, which says everything. It’s such a relief to know she feels happy, comfortable and well looked after. I’d happily recommend Jenny to anyone looking for a kind and reliable sitter, and we’ll definitely be booking again.

Schedule
My work is very flexible at the moment, which means I have plenty of spare time to dedicate to pet care. I love being around dogs, and I’m looking to spend more time looking after them because it brings me a lot of joy. With a little notice, I can easily fit walks, playtime and general care into my daily routine without any problem. I’m also available some weekends.

In my home, pets are cared for as if they were my own. I have a safe, fenced garden where dogs can play and explore securely, and they’re always supervised. I make sure they feel comfortable, with plenty of walks, playtime and cuddles to suit their needs. In a pet owners home, I follow their usual routines closely so pets feel settled and cared for, keeping to their feeding, exercise and rest schedules. My priority is always to make pets feel safe, happy and loved.
A typical day
A typical day with me means plenty of fun and enrichment! Well enjoy beautiful local walks, play engaging games, and mix in stimulating activities to keep dogs happy, exercised and mentally engaged. I’ll tailor each day to their energy level and personality, ensuring a perfect balance of adventure, playtime and relaxation.
