Dogs make life worth laughing.
Hey there. I "rescued" my dog Logan twelve years ago from Paws in the City Dallas (highly recommend), and I can't imagine my life without him. His quirks make me laugh all the time, and he has helped me realize what's important about life, love, family, and happiness. So more appropriately, yes, he saved me, as they say. I wouldn't want to leave him with anyone who wouldn't care for him like I do, so this is the type of service and care I provide to my clients. I love caring for animals. Some repeat clients become like family to me. I provide a full summary of care on the Rover card you receive each service session, and my favorite part of being a pet sitter is all the love, attention, and play I can offer to your pets while you're away. Whether you need someone to drop in because you're simply working late or you’re taking a long trip, I will treat your pet like my own. I've had dogs, cats (18+ years), exotics (reptiles and birds), rodents, rabbits, fish, rode and cared for horses, and even saved a tarantula from imminent death while crossing the street. I'm not sure there is an animal in our world that I wouldn't care for.

Safety, trust & environment
I do not currently offer house sitting, dog boarding, and doggy daycare (at my home) at this time to ensure that my pup Logan is properly cared for. For drop-ins and walks, I respect your environment, so my attention is on the pet. I come in, provide the service, and leave. I will respect any type of care, furniture requests, or safety protocols that are your preference in your home. I'm happy to take long walks and always pick up after your dog. If you're comfortable and they are nearby, and if your dog is used to going, dog parks are an option, and I'm always game for the usual fetch and playtime activities. I also have a knack for "finding the right spot" and cuddle/snuggle time is always on the list of potential things to pass time! For cats, whether it's a lot of sensory play or just a lap to purr on top of, I'm up for it!

Jennifer did a great job taking care of my cat that is on a prescription diet. She provided great communication along with some cute photos. She made sure my cat was well taken care of. I would have no hestitation to use her again.

NOTICE: In early November 2025, I relocated from Dallas, TX to Boulder, CO! Now that I'm settled, I've had some great clients and have learned the area. Reach out and let’s see if we’re a good fit! REGULAR SCHEDULE: My calendar is always up-to-date and I'd be happy to care for your furry family. Spots fill up quickly so even if you're not sure of your exact needs or schedule, put in a booking request and we can tentatively discuss until your plans become more solid. I am happy to provide care at almost any time of the day. Please check my calendar for availability. I'm always willing to work with you if it's a good fit!

- I have no breed preferences. I'd like to know about any health concerns, things they love to do (places they love to be scratched is a good one), and allergies/medications. I want to be sure I take care of your dog the way you do. In the past, I have cared for some larger breeds, and determined there are some that I cannot physically handle. If you have a large breed that is very physically strong, let's talk about what is safe care for both the pet and I. I want to be sure your furry friend is given the best care!
