Spoiler of Dogs, Servant of Cats
I have had dogs my entire life, ranging in size from English Mastiffs (slobber welcome) to Chihuahua mixes. Each dog is an individual and when Mom and/or Dad is gone, they need reassurance and understanding, plus a home to roam, a yard to stretch their legs, and a place to feel safe. If your precious fur baby stays here, they can treat the house as home, no furniture is off limits (but the master suite may be as thats where the cats hide), a leashed walk (weather depending) is offered. They are never left alone, either my mother or myself is always here, so they have access to the yard whenever they want. We keep the number of dogs low so everyone gets personal time and the dogs are not left unattended in the yard. We want your fur babies to feel valued and welcome! Daily pictures and updates are provided. We'll even call and let you talk to your pup over the phone if that makes everyone feel connected.

Ratings and reviews
100%, the best dog sitting experience we have ever had. Our hound dog is picky but loves this home away from home.

She sent frequent updates and photos of Edward and thought about his needs. Recommended

Jennifer is the best dog sitter! She and her mother care deeply about the dogs they watch and ensure that your dog gets lots of cuddles and play time. I highly recommend her to anyone with a dog who might have a touch of separation anxiety.

Jennifer took really good care of my Ozzie...a little Yorkie that she says he acts like a great Dane! She sent some really funny comments with excellent pictures of him during his stay... I highly recommend her for any size dog. She is a pleasant person to work with and your dog will be in good hands!!!

Jennifer was absolutely wonderful watching our dog Zoey when we were on vacation. She sent pictures everyday and made her stay fantastic. We will be using Jennifer again since she was so wonderful!

Schedule
I work full time, hybrid schedule, so I am home 4 days a week. My office is 10 minutes from the house. But the dogs are never alone, as my retired mother lives here as well and if your dog is not dog door trained, she'll give them yard access. I do all the feeding (based on your schedule and instructions) & a daily dog walk (weather depending) if your pup needs more exercise than the yard allows.
Where your pet will stay
Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
I have a fully fenced yard, with reinforced locked gates, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Your pup would have 2 lady Basset Hounds to play with, and 3 kitties to watch. They would have free roam of 2 floors, but have adjustable gates to block stairs if necessary. Multiple drinking fountains and can provide raised feeding for larger dogs.
Pets
A typical day
Weather depending a daily walk to Holbrook Park. On weekends a longer walk around Crown Hill Park. Plenty of time to sniff. Around the yard, plenty to sniff, a game of fetch if your pup enjoys that and two basset hound ladies that like to play.

- Your dog must like other dogs and be respectful of cats. If there are daily meds that need to be administered let me know. Have experience with a diabetic dog and daily injections. Also, does your dog have any triggers like bicyclists, balloons, etc. that need to be managed on walks.
