Availability
Since I work a full-time job, my availability during the week is somewhat limited. However, I am available for local dog walks in the mornings before work and again after work. I also have a very flexible schedule on weekends and am more than willing to work with you to find times that best fit your schedule.

I am more than happy to meet your dog ahead of time before walking them just so they get a sense of my behavior and I can get an understanding of theirs. Sidenote: I do live in an apartment and due to my lease, I am unable to have them in my home.

A typical day
I love keeping pets active, happy, and engaged during our time together! Whether it’s long walks around the neighborhood, trips to the park, playing fetch, tug-of-war, or simply giving them lots of attention and cuddles, I always make sure each pet feels loved and comfortable. I also enjoy adapting activities to each dog’s personality and energy level to make sure they have the best experience possible.

Pet care experience
I have been a dog lover for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my childhood dog was such an important part of my family, and ever since her passing, I’ve always felt a piece missing. While living in Florida, I began helping my mom at a local animal shelter by walking the dogs, and that experience only deepened my love and passion for caring for them.

Jennifer has a genuine affection for animals. She is extremely reliable & trustworthy. Jennifer recently helped a "new" friend who had asked her to check-in, feed and spend time with her rabbit while she was away for a few days. She never cared for a rabbit before but it all went well, the rabbit and her friend were very happy. Jennifer also watched after her landlords cat while they were away. The cat, Cookie, needed to be given medication everyday and Jennifer had to make sure Cookie ate and took her medication. The landlord was a bit nervous because Cookie wasn't eating very well and giving medication to a cat was a bit tricky. Jennifer was nervous at first but did what she was told and had absolutely no issues with either concern. Jennifer also dog sat for a co-worker for a week while they were away in Europe. The only challenge Jennifer had was trying to figure out how to use their high-tech stove! All in all Jennifer is a very dedicated and conscientious person and would be a great choice for a pet caregiver!
I highly recommend Jenny for dog walking and pet care. She was always reliable, caring, and attentive with my dog, and I could tell my dog genuinely enjoyed spending time with her. It gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was in such good hands. She was communicative, trustworthy, and went above and beyond to make sure my dog was happy and well cared for. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone dependable and kind to care for their pets.
