Back in DC!
I’m back in DC! Looking forward to seeing my old friends again and meeting new ones in Lincoln Park, H St, Cap Hill, and Trinidad. I have a 14 year old rescue dog, so I know how important your pet is to you. I grew up with a family dog. My favorite summer job growing up was caring for family friends' pets while they were on vacation, and I have cared for friends' pets for years. After using Rover for my own dog for years, I finally joined as a provider. I've met so many great animals! Every dog is different -- what makes your pup smile? I love walking dogs and will make sure your pup is safe and happy. Please let me know what your dog enjoys and anything special I should expect. Is there a street or block your dog must visit? One she prefers to avoid? Does he earn a treat after a walk? etc. --- Cats are cool too! I've cared for about every kind of cat imaginable - cuddle bugs, destruction artists, shy cats, "cat-dogs", a pregnant cat (and subsequently kittens and a nursing mama), and elderly cats. Let me know what your cat's personality is and I'll make sure she is safe and happy. Does he have a favorite toy or respond to his name? Does she have a regular hiding spot where I should look for her? etc.

Jennifer has become our go-to sitter for our two dogs and this time she truly went above and beyond! Our AC broke while she was dog sitting at our house. She was great at communicating with us and helping troubleshoot some issues and she took great care out of dogs through the entire debacle, making sure they were eating and had a cool place to stay. It gave us great peace of mind knowing they were with Jennifer! Can’t recommend enough!
Jennifer really is the best! She takes great care of our dogs while we’re gone and we always feel at ease knowing that she is giving them lots of love.
Jennifer was so great to work with. She asked questions that showed us she was experienced and had our pet's health and safety in mind. 10/10 would recommend!
