We're a couple who absolutely loves dogs. While we don't currently have a dog of our own, we both have extensive experience with puppies to the elderly and all energy levels in between. We’re an active duo, so if your dog loves walks, runs, or simply spending time outdoors, we’re the perfect fit for them! We know how important it is to ensure your dog feels at home, and we’re dedicated to giving them lots of love and attention during their stay. Rio works from home so your furbaby won't be alone throughout the day! Whether they enjoy a long walk, a run, or just snuggling on the couch, we’ll make sure they’re happy, safe, and comfortable. We understand the importance of trust when it comes to dog sitting, and we’re committed to being reliable and attentive to your dog’s needs. We have experience giving meds if your pup has any special requirements. We’re excited to meet your dog and give them a fantastic experience while you're away!

Jennifer and Rio were great with my senior rescue pitty. They were flexible and communicative and my girl came home happy.
Jenn and Rio were fantastic with our dogs! You can immediately tell they’re true dog people. One of our dogs is highly anxious, has been known to jump walls, and is usually very slow to trust new people— but Jenn and Rio were absolutely amazing with him. They were patient, calm, and clearly experienced, and they earned his trust in a way that very few people have. They’re now among the only people I would truly feel comfortable leaving him with. On top of that, they sent regular photos and updates throughout the stay and took our dogs on walks every single day. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our dogs were not only safe, but genuinely cared for. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate dog sitters!
This was the first time we left our dog with anyone other than family, and we were very happy with our experience with Jenn and Rio. Our dog needs a lot of people attention, and it was great that Rio was home with her during the workday. Jenn and Rio were very attentive to her and she seemed very happy with her stay, as exemplified in the photos and videos they sent and her happy disposition upon getting home. We will definitely be calling on them in the future.
Both Rio and Jen were wonderful with our dog Rosie. Everything went smoothly. Their welcoming attitude alongside a great house for dogs --with a patio and pee area) made it an easy experience for Rosie and for us.
Jennifer and Rio were wonderful with my Mia. They went the extra mile to give her exercise and lots of attention and love. She was clearly very happy to be there. They will be the only sitters I will use from now on.
Jennifer and Rio were the perfect hosts for Lexi. They offered a meet and greet in advance and I felt very confident that I could go on my vacation without a worry. The have a very nice and clean home with enclosures in front and back. The both of them are friendly and cheerful and obviously enjoy taking care of dogs. Lexi even got to go to the Rillito River Park Trail. Jenn and Rio sent me a couple of pictures just to let me know Lexi was enjoying herself but otherwise we did not need to overcommunicate. I'm sure if Lexi could talk she would be asking me when she can go back to stay with them again!

Dates de la garde
Rio works from home and is used to caring for our elderly pup Meeko who we sadly lost last year. I, Jennifer, work in medicine and am up early for a morning walk and we both like being active after work and have plenty of nearby walking/running paths.

We have a fenced in front and back patio with turf that is cleaned regularly. In our home, pups are typically allowed on the furniture and beds if that's what they are used to in their own space. We understand that rules can be confusing if not enforced and are ready to follow suit with what's allowed in their home.

Rio is a runner if your pup has the energy for a afternoon run and I love going for evening walks on nearby paths. We have slow feed games we can use with their kibble or whatever toys they choose to bring along for their stay.
