Pet care experience

Play. Snuggle. Repeat. All day.

I’ve always had animals in my life—dogs, cats, bunnies, a hamster, frogs… and one unforgettable roommate with ferrets. These days, it’s just me, my dog Tillie, and two backyard chickens, Lucy and Caroline (they run a tight ship). I work from home, so your dog will have company all day—whether they want to nap by my desk, play in the yard, or soak up some love. My partner doesn’t work from home, but when he’s here, he’s everyone’s favorite ball-thrower and treat-giver. Your pup will be treated like part of the family—chicken supervision included.

Jen was great with our dog Lucy! She was very patient as Lucy was a bit nervous and got settled in. But she took her on a lovely beach walk and Lucy really enjoyed that. Afterwards, Lucy got playtime with Jen's dog Tillie and a nice snooze in the sun. Jen kept us apprised of all the happenings with kits of photos. We will definitely book with her again.

Jennifer sent pictures and updates throughout the day, and went above and beyond to make Apollo comfortable. I'll definitely send Apollo there again when we're out skiing!

Jennifer was awesome. She answered my request quickly. Was flexible with a later drop off and an earlier pick up time. I got frequent updates with videos/ pictures.

Jennifer was great! She kept us up to date on how our dog was doing throughout our trip and handled all the medications our dog needed without issue. Our dog came back home in good spirits and health and we couldn't ask for more. Would definitely use her services again.

Schedule

I work from home and have a flexible schedule, which means your dog won’t be left alone for long, if at all. They’ll get plenty of attention throughout the day—walks, playtime, snuggles, and whatever else makes them feel comfortable and happy while you’re away.

Pets

A typical day

We’re super chill around here. I work from home, so your dog can be with me all day—whether they want to nap, follow me around, or hang outside. We don’t stick to a rigid schedule—just plenty of love, snuggles, playtime, and a daily walk if they’re up for it. If they’re good with chickens, they can roam the yard freely too.

I want your dog to feel safe and at home here, so let me know what helps them settle in—routines, quirks, favorite toys, or anything they don’t like. It’s also important to know if they’ve been around other dogs, how they do on walks, and if they’re okay with chickens in the yard.
