I work remotely, so I can work anywhere with a wifi connection. I am able to do nearby walks and drop in visits during the day. I do have two cats, so if I am house sitting I will need to leave at least once a day to check on them.

I am open to all types of dogs, but I really like to be able to understand their personality, especially prior to walks . The more information I have about a dog, the better I can accommodate them. As a note: If your dog is over 75 pounds I am unable to pick up or fully hold back a dog this size, so knowing if they have a tendency to run at other dogs or people is very important.
A typical day
I love to get to know every animal and discover their favorite toys, activities, treats, and games, as well as really understand their unique personality. I'm happy to take dogs to known favorite places or discover new areas with them if wanted.

I've had a love for cats and dogs since I was young and grew up around both of them. As a child, I helped take care of our elderly lab and cairn terriers. I currently have two cats of my own. I have done house sits for several types of pets including large dogs (up to St. Bernards) , small dogs (<10 pounds), rabbits, cats, and corn snakes. I have taken care of both elderly dogs and puppies, and have experience with administering oral medications, ear drops, and suppositories. I have experience with basic grooming for both dogs and cats. I love to meet new animals and explore neighborhoods on walks. I am always willing to learn more to better accommodate an animal!
