I was so nervous leaving my pup for the 1st time. I had a family emergency and had no choice. My father was dying and Jen was so comforting and I Iwas able to leave with a clear head. I have a Frenchie that is very shy. She took to Jen right away. They say animals know right? She offers many options for food and I decided to treat chalie to a sirloin meal with rice. Chalie is 11/2 and we were training her to not be on the furniture so Jen followed that instruction along with others. Chalie loves to be on his own off leash and her huge property was perfect for that! She even took him to a couple dog parks. I received daily updates with pictures, videos and texts. She was willing to FaceTime also that way chalie could see and hear me. When i came home i was so overwhelmed with my father’s passing that she offered to drop him off. I was so thankful for that! We needed a boarder for our Auggie who is not fond of other pets. Jen offered to block out dates for us so there wouldn’t be other pets with her. Our girl is very needy for attention due to me being a stay at home dog mom and available at all times for her. She has a potential to get jealous of other animals. Jen is a dream! She didn’t mind booking Darla as the only pet. We were happy to pay pick up drop off fee as we were very busy prior to traveling. She even has doggy seatbelts to keep them safe. She has a 3 acre farm with a large portion fenced in for your pups to roam free and off leash. There is also many trails to walk behind the fence. She didn’t mind us stopping by to check it out prior to our dates which we appreciated. Jen went the extra mile and took Darla out to explore. She even brought her swimming which she loves! She was able to get plenty of attention while we were away. She was always stimulated and even came home knowing how to roll over and play dead. She even includes an activity book with printed pictures, daily activities, meals and poop breaks for an extra $25. We loved the pics by the lake. If you don’t want the book she is more than willing to send all info via text/email. We also had daily FaceTimes! She was right on time with her medication. She was on anti-inflammatory meds for her hip. She would send us a daily texts at time of administering to keep our minds at ease. What stood out the most about Jen was that she offered special meals for an added cost. Her 1st day we ordered her a filet and rice and doggy ice cream for dessert just to give her a special treat after leaving her. We also chose chicken, lean ground beef and an egg and spinach breakfast which she loves! She offers grooming options bath and daily brushes, however no cut. Let’s just say your precious pet is on a luxury vacation with Jen, even without the extras. You’ll come home to a puppy who is healthy clean and happy. Once you go with her you will never allow your pet to stay anywhere else
