Jennifer did a wonderful job watching my cats while I was out of town! I am very pleased with her and will definitely book again.

Jennifer took care of our dog well. He got sick but she let us know so that we could call his vet. She got the medicine from the store and updated us twice a day. Thank you for taking care of him!

Jennifer was absolutely amazing and would highly recommend!! Our GSD can become pretty anxious when not at her home or with family. But Jennifer was top notch with adjusting and working with our dog, to help her settle in at her home. Our Harper girl looked so happy in the pictures Jennifer sent where she was enjoying laying and playing in the backyard! We will absolutely have our dog stay with Jennifer again in the future! Thank you so much for everything, Jennifer!!

Jennifer did a great job with my Bella. She was great with daily updates and sending pictures. I'm glad she only worked with 1 client at a time because I've heard some not so good stories of problems with multiple animals that don't know each other. I will definitely consider using her services again in the future.

My dog seemed to be right at home with Jennifer and her family. I appreciate Jennifer's responsiveness throughout the stay. She provided daily updates with photos (sometimes multiple!) My boy seemed content and right at home in all the photos. She also was willing to do a later pickup time due to travel delays. She will definitely be my go to sitter as long as she's available!

We recently used Jennifer for a 9 day vacation for our 2 cats. She attended their daily visit and shared a photo each time and asked questions as they arose. I rate a 3 as we use rover consistently over the years, and each time we do get a 5 star experience.. multiple photos, descriptions of the visits, and pet sitters leaving the house as the found it. The rover cards were sometimes delayed, not really mentioning much of the pets, just a photo. When we returned, our inner garage door had been locked (not by our request) which required us to get a locksmith to get back in. To be fair, I didn't clarify to *not* lock that door, and she was very thorough in securing the house. I just wish it was asked first as we had left it unlocked ourselves. The house had multiple days of catnip on the floor and tore up cat toys that had been left around. Generally, we see these usually being tidied a bit if it happens while we are gone. And due to my own fault, I did not request to top up the fish tank and came home to it nearly empty and the filter motor blown. Again my fault for not clearly requesting it be filled, but I would think if its empty someone could ask just in case. Overall. I will say she did exactly what was requested and that is good enough. Our cats were fine, they had food, water, and plenty of scratches while we were gone. That's what important. This is a lesson to us to have clearer instructions before leaving.
