I booked Jennifer about a month and a half in advance for the week of Christmas and provided clear instructions for caring for our pets. Overall, the animals appeared to be well cared for while we were away. The main concern came on the day of our return. Care was scheduled through 12pm, but I received a message that she needed to leave earlier than planned. Unfortunately, I then experienced unexpected travel delays, which made the situation stressful, though I was able to arrange backup care. Additionally, there was a change made to our cat’s food during the stay without prior consultation. Everything turned out fine, but we would have preferred to be contacted before any dietary changes. I’d recommend clearly confirming end times and checking in before making changes to a pet’s routine, especially during longer stays.

My cat warmed up to Jennifer right away, they were BFFs by the last visit! She is a very knowledgeable cat owner and will give your pet lots of care and attention. She was very communicative and facilitated the process professionally. Thank you!
