Pet care experience

Super Excited to be BACK! : )

* Health n Safety conscious * From an early age I learned the importance of proper animal CARE and RESPECT. It is by far one of the most significant life experiences that I have had at ANY stage of my life . My connection with and love for PETS is always natural and sincere. I have seen personal pets through VERY troubled times and am always willing to go the extra mile for them! I have personally fostered dogs until I found a home that satisfies my high care standards. I have volunteered with animal rescues and continue to support animal adoption fundraisers. This "job" is not work, it is an absolute pleasure . I own one medium sized dog now. She teaches me unconditional love and humility every day . Must LUV dogs and cats : ).

Jennifer was great, my dog seemed happy, and she communicated well to make sure expectations were met and my dog was well taken care of

Jennifer was fantastic! She stayed with my two dogs in our home for a week and provided regular updates with photos and video. She left detailed notes about each day, which we found when we arrived home. Would absolutely book again.

I want everyone who ever contacts Rover that the person you need to look after your dog - especially an elderly one like our lab/newfie mix, Jackie - is Jennifer O. I have never seen anyone, with any organization, take the time to tend to Jackie so tenderly and so professionally, at the same time. From the time Jennifer O came to our house for the meet-and-greet - when Jackie instantlu felt a bond with Jen, refusing to leave her side, the whole time Jen was visiting us...to the time when she left him for the final time (when he was obviously happy and contented enough to lie down and take a nap before Jen left, no separation anxiety or other fear of being left alone - 100% on Jackie's time with Jennifer O was focused on him, with fabulous, gratifying results on our end. I am about to hire her for an overnight stay at her house this week, and I DO hope she will be available. I could never find anyone else who bonded with Jackie the way Jen did! Look her up - you'll be glad you did! Rizzie B

Calendar and availability

Schedule

I have a great deal of flexibility during these summer months ! ...with the exception of travel with family ( TBD ) . : )

Where your pet will stay

Safety, trust & environment

Every pet has unique needs , and every owner a unique approach to their care. I am prepared to be creative and attentive in a way that makes each client comfortable and confident with my service.

Pets

A typical day

It's important to take the "lead" ( no pun intended : ) from the pet. Often, they will " tell" you what they need by giving vocal and non vocal queues. An older dog may need to stay close to home, but need extra one on one time to sniff around or hit the grass and observe. A younger dog may need or want the excitement of a lengthier walk around the neighborhood and to "socialize". Sometimes what they need , and what they want.. may be two different things and that's when , as a caregiver, I use my instinct to decide : )

I LOVE to know about any little thing that helps me to know what makes the dog "tick" and what makes the dog feel secure and "at home" with me ,,no matter where we are!
