About me: I grew up in the Midwest adopting and caring for animals - cats, birds, snakes, rodents, and my hands down favorite - dogs! As an adult, I've always had dogs, but found myself traveling a lot for my career in my 20s and worrying about my pup. I understand the peace of mind you get from a trusted caregiver, and how reassuring it is to come back home to a dog that is relaxed, well exercised and ready to rejoin their home pack.

Jennifer was incredibly attuned and caring to my dog. She was thoughtful and supportive to the needs of my 9 year old anxious German shepherd. She sent daily pics, offered thoughtful tips for working with his arthritis and communicated in a friendly and timely way.

Jennifer was a great pet sitter for my dog. Very communicative throughout his stay with her. Sending pictures and updates multiple times a day. She asked questions to understand his personality traits and listened to any concerns or questions I had.
Bowie had a great time with Jen and she was wonderful with him! Bowie needs a lot of exercise and Jen took him hiking and biking. She has a great yard for your dog to romp around and we were really happy with Bowie’s experience. We would love to have Jen watch Bowie again.
Jennifer did fantastic with our lil monster. She sent us daily updates and pictures. Yeti is older and has a lot of health issues but she did great with all his needs.
Jennifer was wonderful with our dog, Olive. She was great about sending pics and keeping us updated on how she was doing. We will use her again!

Schedule
I work from home, which means my "commutes" are dog walks or romps around the park. We're frequently in the backyard for a little playtime between meetings. Your pup will have supervised and frequent access to the outdoors!

Safety, trust & environment
Safety is the paramount. I have a six-foot fence around the backyard. Dogs don't leave the front yard without a leash or the garage without being in the car. If you're OK with your pup being off-leash, I make sure it is in a controlled environment that has exposure to jack rabbits but not cars.
A typical day
We are regulars as Pine Nursery, Big Sky Dog Park, East Gate Park and the massive off-leash area @ 27th and Reed Market (although we stay on the east side) - on work days. On weekends (which include Fridays), we're off to trails in Tumalo, Sisters and other adventures in the Bend and beyond.
