I work remotely with an extremely flexible schedule, which means I can be home with pets throughout the day. I’m not tied to an office or rigid hours. I structure my work around the animals I’m caring for, not the other way around. This makes it easy to accommodate morning walks, midday play sessions, feeding times, medications, or just keeping them company while I work. Whether your pet needs multiple daily walks or prefers a consistent routine with lots of companionship, my schedule allows me to provide exactly what they need.

A typical day
It depends on the pet’s personality and energy level! For dogs, I love going on hikes and exploring new trails. Having an adventure buddy is one of my favorite parts of pet sitting. But we also do the classics: fetch at the park, neighborhood walks, and yes, the occasional living room dance party. For lower-energy pups or senior dogs, we keep it mellow with shorter strolls, backyard hangouts, and plenty of couch time. And for cats, I’m all about play sessions with their favorite toys, laser pointer chases, and of course, quality cuddle time if they’re into it. Really, I just follow their lead and make sure they’re having fun, staying active, and getting the love and attention they deserve!

I’ve been caring for animals my entire life - growing up with cats and dogs instilled a deep love for animals that eventually led me to professional pet sitting in 2017. I spent five years as a trusted sitter in Portland, OR and nearly three years living in Bali, where I continued caring for animals and fostering strays in need. Pet and house sitting allows me to combine my nomadic lifestyle with my passion for animal care. I get to provide excellent care for your pets while staying connected to the fur babies I’ve always had in my life. I work remotely with a flexible schedule, so I’m available for weekday and weekend sits. I’m active and love taking dogs on hikes and adventures, and I’m equally happy spending quality time with cats who prefer cozy companionship. I’m highly organized and responsible. I’ll follow your care instructions to the letter, whether that’s administering medication, maintaining routines, or honoring your pet’s unique personality and needs.

I cannot recommend Jennifer enough! She was incredibly professional and very knowledgable of dog and home care from start to finish. I loved the daily updates and photos she sent, which really put my mind at ease while I was away. She went above and beyond by making sure my dog got plenty of long walks and even a bath after rolling in something gross on a walk. What I appreciated most was her attention to detail—she always asked permission before doing anything extra and was so respectful of my home, cleaning up after herself completely. I returned to a very happy pup and a spotless house. I will definitely be booking her again!

This was a huge step for me to trust someone with not only my guys but my home. Jenn understood my concerns and made a special trip down for a meet and greet. She sent multiple updates during the day and her pictures showed how relaxed Brady was with her. She left the house spotless, and I had a very happy dog when I got home. I definitely recommend her, and I look forward to her sitting again when needed.
Jenn is an amazing pet sitter. We trusted her to stay with our lab and two cats for 10 days while we were in Hawaii. She stayed in regular contact, sent fun pics, and even gave us recommendations for where to eat on the Big Island. The pets and the house seemed to be in better shape than when we left!
