Pet Care Bio — Jennifer Q., Dinuba, CA Hi there! I'm Jennifer, a lifelong animal lover based right here in Dinuba. If your pet is part of the family, they’ll be treated like part of mine too. Services I offer: I provide dog walking, drop-in visits, house sitting, and overnight boarding in my home — for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. A typical visit includes fresh food/water, potty breaks, playtime, and lots of cuddles, plus daily photo/video updates so you never have to wonder how they’re doing. For walks, I love doing sniffari strolls around local parks and quiet neighborhood routes, always on-leash and at your pup’s pace. For stay-ins, I keep your pet’s exact routine — feeding times, crate training, medications, special diets — so things feel normal while you’re away. I’m comfortable with senior pets, shy rescues, high-energy puppies, multi-pet households, and basic oral medication administration. My home is pet-safe, smoke-free, with a clean, unfenced yard area and plenty of cozy nap spots. I only take 1-2 boarding clients at a time so every pet gets real one-on-one attention, and I never leave boarding pets alone for long stretches. My experience: I’ve been caring for animals for over 10+ years. I grew up with family dogs and cats, and for the last several years friends, neighbors, and coworkers in the Central Valley have trusted me with their pets while traveling. I’ve handled everything from energetic puppies who need structured play, to senior dogs who need slow walks and joint-care routines, to independent cats who just want a clean litter box and a trusted lap. I’m calm, patient, detail-oriented, and I’m big on positive reinforcement — no yelling, no harsh corrections, ever. Availability & time with your pets: I work a flexible, mostly work-from-home schedule, so I’m home for the majority of the day. Boarding dogs are rarely alone for more than 2-3 hours at a time, and I can do mid-day walks/drop-ins during the week and on weekends. I’m available for holidays and last-minute bookings with notice, and I’m happy to do meet-and-greets in Dinuba/Visalia area before any booking so you and your pet feel comfortable. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness come first with me. I’ll send you plenty of updates, follow your instructions to the letter, and leave your home just as I found it. Safety, Trust & Environment Your pet’s safety is always my first priority, whether they’re staying with me or I’m caring for them in your home. In my home — for boarding & daycare: I have a clean, quiet, smoke-free home in Dinuba with a secure, fenced potty area. I only accept 1-2 boarding pets at a time, and never board large and small dogs together unless they’re from the same family. Pets are never left alone for more than 2-3 hours, and never left unsupervised in the yard. Food, treats, and toys are always kept separate, and I follow your feeding and crate/sleep routine exactly to reduce stress. I do a full pet-proofing sweep before every stay — no exposed cords, toxic plants, or small objects within reach. I also send daily photo/video updates, so you always know how they’re doing. In your home — for house sitting & drop-ins: I treat your home and your routine with total respect. I follow your written instructions to the letter for feeding, medications, walks, and house rules. I keep doors/gates double-checked, leashes secured before opening any exterior door, and I never bring other people or pets into your home. You’ll get time-stamped updates with photos at every visit, and I’ll leave your home exactly as I found it — clean, locked, and with a happy, tired pet. For all services: I always do a free meet-and-greet first so we’re all comfortable, I’m happy to provide ID verification, and I have a local emergency vet mapped out with your vet’s info on file before any booking starts. I use positive reinforcement only — no harsh corrections, ever. Trust is everything in pet care, and I take that seriously.
