I was born and raised in Iowa and have had many different kinds of pets - from dogs to cats to birds to ferrets, etc. I was brought up loving animals and everyone in the family has multiple pets. I brought home my first dog as my own 15 years ago. He was an amazing best friend and lived to 15 years old. I currently have a rescued Chihuahua who is 7 years old and very mellow. He likes to nestle on the couch under as many blankets as possible. I volunteer at the rescue where I discovered him and love working there. I love small guys but dogs of all sizes are welcome for cuddling:) I hope to meet your best friend soon. Jennifer
