My partner is retired and I work a flexible schedule. This allows us to spend time hiking with our dogs, taking them to camp, and making sure they are happy, healthy, and living their best lives. Our dogs are our priority and we want you to have that same assurance when you entrust us to take care of your pup!

At our home, you will be greeted by our two fabulous pups, Hazel, a six year old Saint Bernard, and Frida, a 14 year old terrier mix adopted from the James Bay coast (don’t let her age fool you — she is the fitness director here!). We have a large, fully fenced backyard with access to nearby trails that we love to explore. When at camp, we have access to the beautiful trails of Killarney. Jen is an avid runner and more than happy to take dogs along for runs according to their needs and interests.

We have experience with senior pups, and with dogs with illnesses and special diets. We also are experienced with special needs dogs — having had two previous dogs with mobility issues. We also are experienced with taking care of small creatures (Guinea pigs) and large (horses). Please let us know if your dog has any special needs such as: -special dietary needs or restrictions -medications -allergies -general likes/dislikes -mobility issues or limitations -sound sensitivities
A typical day
We love being outside with our dogs! Jen loves to have a four legged running partner, and we both love hiking and walking with our dogs and doggy visitors. We spend a lot of time out in the yard when at home, and when at camp we love relaxing in nature, swimming with the dogs, hiking, and taking them for pontoon boat rides.

Pet care experience
Animals have been a part of our lives forever. We are an active couple who love our pups and have extra love for yours! We have experience with obedience training and love nothing more than spending time with our dogs everyday — from cuddling on the couch to being active in the outdoors. We also have experience with giant and small breeds, old and young, as well as with health conditions like colitis. We are skilled with meeting dietary needs and providing medications as required.

Jenn and Mark were very kind & welcoming ! Sky made herself roght at hone exploring the new sights and smells in tgeir fenced backyard. We received frequent updates and pictures showing all the fun Sky was having with their dogs Frida & Hazel. She even got to go on an adventure to their camp! Our energetic girl came home happy & exhausted ( love that haha). We very much reccomend Jenn & Mark's and sky cant wait to be back !

You’d be hard pressed to find someone as amazing as these two. The amount of care they took to make Luna feel at home was fantastic. Truly great people and would 100% trust them with Luna again!
Jennifer and Mark were outstanding on every level. Upon meeting them, I sensed their genuine commitment to ensuring Roo would be left in good hands. With two dogs of their own it was very apparent that they are both dog lovers through and through. Roo was very well cared for and I received many pics of Roo enjoying her stay with her two new pals. I highly recommend Jennifer and Mark.
