I’ve spent most of my life dedicated to animal health, first as a veterinary technician for 10 years, and now as a 5th-year vet student. Throughout my career and my time petsitting in the USA and Belgium, I’ve cared for pets with a wide range of needs, from senior dogs with heart and kidney disease to cats requiring daily insulin or subcutaneous fluids. I have extensive experience with diabetes, epilepsy, urinary obstruction, congestive heart failure, pancreatitis, feline asthma, and many other conditions. I am very comfortable giving oral and injectable medications. I grew up surrounded by dogs, cats, and horses, which gave me a natural animal intuition. I’m a calm and quiet person by nature, which helps me bond with nervous pets, but I also have a soft spot for high-energy breeds. My previous Border Collie taught me exactly what it takes to keep an active dog happy! I’m happy to provide specialized medical care or just plenty of love and long walks.

Your pet’s health, safety, and well-being are my primary focus. During home visits, I strive to maintain each pet's normal routine and ensure they have fresh water and appropriate food. I am committed to leaving your home exactly as I found it: clean, secure, and free from any dangers to the pet. Communication is very important to me and I provide daily photo/video updates and immediate notification of any concerns. With my background in veterinary medicine, I am especially aware of any changes to eating, elimination, or behavior as these can be the first subtle signs of distress or illness in animals! I have 2 cats of my own - an older gentleman who is nearly 10 and has moved with me from the US to Belgium to Poland, and a shy youngster who I adopted from the Wrocław shelter in January. As my youngster is still learning to feel brave and comfortable in his new home, I am currently only offering care in the pet's own home to ensure a stress-free environment for everyone.

Schedule
I am a 5th year veterinary student at UPWr. Since my current semester is a bit quieter, I would love to dedicate my free time to caring for your pets! I know how important routines are for animals to feel as comfortable as possible while their owner is away - therefore, I am very flexible and able to adjust to your pet's personal schedule and needs.
