Jennifer was absolutely amazing while caring for my dog, Baloo, and my home for three weeks while I was out of the country. She went above and beyond in every way possible. Not only did she provide exceptional care, but she also arranged playdates to keep Baloo happy, active, and engaged. What I appreciated most was her communication. Jennifer sent regular updates, photos, and messages that gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. It was clear from every interaction how much she genuinely cared about Baloo and his well-being. I returned home to a happy dog and a well-cared-for house. I couldn't have asked for a better sitter, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and dependable pet caregiver.

The first time we used Jennifer she was wonderful. This time she did not stay the night as promised and arrived after 10pm one night to feed our dogs. Communication was also unacceptable in that she failed to respond until the last day of sitting for us.

TLDR: Jennifer did not stay overnight at my home as agreed. She visited for approximately 7 minutes per day to care for my dogs. My home has an electronic lock that records when people enter and leave. On August 20, the first day of the booking, Jennifer was at my home from 7:33–7:47 PM. This was after we left at 8:55 AM and notified her, as she requested. On August 21, she was at the home from 10:23–10:29 PM. On August 22, when I cancelled the booking, she had not been to the house as of 8:30 PM. I became concerned because Jennifer had provided almost no communication after our departure. At approximately 9:30 AM on August 22, I asked for a photo of the dogs, which she provided. Around 5:30 PM, I requested another photo. The photo appeared to have been taken after dark, which was inconsistent with the time it was supposedly taken in Colorado in mid-August. My Ring camera footage confirmed that she had not been at the house. Jennifer later confirmed that she had not stayed overnight and stated that I should have specified that I wanted 24/7 care. That was not my expectation. I explicitly stated that my dogs could be left alone for up to 8 hours, but I booked an overnight stay, not drop-in visits. When my sister came to pick up the dogs, there was feces on the floor, and the guest bed clearly had not been slept in. I have photos documenting both. If I had wanted drop-in care, I would have booked a drop-in sitter. I am extremely disappointed that the service provided did not match what was booked, and I am grateful that friends and family were able to rearrange their schedules to care for my dogs.
