For more than 30years, caring for animals has been one of the greatest joys of my life. What began as a lifelong love for pets has grown into a passion for providing them with a safe, loving, and enriching environment where they feel like family. In addition to my experience with animals, I’ve spent over 23 years in pediatric medicine, working in emergency and urgent care. Today, I work from home in telehealth neurology, which allows me to be present throughout the day and provide attentive care and companionship to the pets in my home. Our family has had several “foster fails” over the years because we simply fall in love with the animals we care for. My two boys also share my love and respect for animals and enjoy helping them feel welcome, comfortable, and loved. One of the greatest assets in our home is my mom, who lives with us. She has an incredible, natural connection with animals—friends and family often joke that she’s an “animal whisperer.” Even the shyest or most nervous pets seem to gravitate toward her calm, gentle presence. When your pet stays with us, they won’t just be cared for—they’ll become part of our family. You can expect plenty of love, attention, playtime, cuddles, and personalized care. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, happy, and cherished while giving you complete peace of mind knowing they’re in loving hands.

I am beyond happy to recommend my best friend, Jenn as a Rover pet sitter. I have known and loved her for many years, and I can honestly say that her love for animals is one of the things I admire most about her. She has always had a special place in her heart for animals. At one point, she had so many different animals that I used to lovingly joke that she had her own personal zoo! But the truth behind the joke is that she has always been the kind of person who simply cannot pass by an animal without wanting to love it, care for it, and make sure it is okay. I have watched her care for her animals over the years, and she gives them the same things she gives the people she loves most: patience, attention, tenderness, and an incredible amount of love. She genuinely enjoys being around animals and takes the responsibility of caring for them seriously. She notices the little things, she is attentive to their needs, and she wants them to feel safe, comfortable, and loved. As her best friend, I know her heart—and I would trust her completely with my own pets. I would never hesitate to leave an animal in her care because I know she would treat that animal as if it were her own. I truly believe she will be wonderful on Rover. Anyone who entrusts their beloved pet to her is getting much more than a pet sitter. They are getting someone who will love their animals, spoil them a little, keep a close eye on them, and probably talk to them like they are people! ❤️ I couldn’t recommend her more highly, and I know that any pet lucky enough to spend time with her will be in very good—and very loving—hands.
Jennifer is wonderful!! I cannot recommend her and her family enough! My dog was well loved and taken care of. We will definitely use this family again to watch our sweet dog!
I feel so comfortable knowing Jenn is caring for my dog. Her whole family is so sweet and loving towards her. I love knowing that my dog has other pups for company with and a nice, safe, fenced in yard to play. I would definitely reccomend Jenn for pet care!

Schedule
Pet care is naturally built into my daily routine. I work from home in telehealth neurology, so I’m home throughout the day and able to provide frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, meals, medication (if needed), and plenty of love and attention. Animals are truly part of our family’s daily life. My mom, who lives with us, has an incredible connection with animals and is often our “animal whisperer,” and my boys also enjoy helping give pets extra attention and affection. Your pet will have companionship throughout the day and will never feel like they’re just being watched—they’ll be treated like a member of our family. I know how important routines are for pets, so I do my best to follow your pet’s normal schedule to help them feel comfortable, secure, and at home while you’re away.

Every pet is unique, so I take the time to learn their routine, personality, preferences, and any special needs before their stay. My goal is to make the transition as stress-free as possible by keeping them on the same schedule they’re used to at home. In my home, pets are treated like family. They receive plenty of love, attention, supervised playtime, potty breaks, exercise, and a comfortable place to relax. I maintain a clean, safe environment and carefully monitor all interactions to ensure every pet feels secure and happy. If your pet has medications, dietary restrictions, or specific instructions, I follow them exactly as provided. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I respect both your home and your pet’s routine. I’ll make sure they receive fresh food and water, exercise, playtime, potty breaks, medications (if needed), and lots of affection. I also provide regular updates with photos so you can relax knowing your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for. Above all, I treat every pet with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own. My goal is for you to have complete peace of mind while you’re away, knowing your pet is in caring, dependable hands.
