Extremely Unprofessional and Lacking Basic Pet Care Knowledge I booked Jennifer for Aug 10–12 for my dog, Bunny, and it turned into a nightmare that ruined my 30th birthday trip. At the meet & greet, I was allowed inside her house but she refused to let Bunny inside or meet her dog, Lady Grace. This defeats the entire purpose of checking if dogs are comfortable together. She kept saying “meeting dogs is a process” but never let them meet. Her Rover profile falsely claims a fully fenced yard—it’s only fenced on three sides, with one side completely open. On the drop-off day, I asked to sit outside in my car for 20 minutes to ensure Bunny was okay—she refused, saying she’s a “dog whisperer” and Bunny should be ok, and I should leave. We drove home (40 minutes away), and five minutes after arriving home she called demanding we pick up Bunny because her other animals were “not comfortable.” She suggested we drive back 40 minutes, we take him for 20 minutes and bring him back as the other dog was leaving in an hour—completely unrealistic. She clearly does not know how to introduce pets to each other and lacks the common sense to either let them meet calmly or at least take one of them for a longer walk to ease the tension. We had to cancel our trip, and Bunny has been quiet and withdrawn ever since. In my opinion, Jennifer is unqualified to care for animals, misrepresents her facilities, and should not be trusted with pets.
Jenny did a fantastic job caring for my three dogs—Nelly, Rocky, and Marcus—each with different needs. She was attentive, kind, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

What fun ¿ You watch? I love to stimulate your dogs physically and mentally. We'll play a bunch of games, check out all the new smells in my neighborhood, and explore a big park near my house.
