Hi! I'm Jen! 🏳️🌈 Professional Pet Lover! Who we let in our homes and in to our pets lives is an important and sometimes nerve wracking choice. Especially these days. I joined Rover to become a trusted friend to your whole family. 💞 I have developed a mindful style of pet care. One that keeps me focused and present with any furry friends I spend time with - increasing enjoyment, trust and ease all around. I have been pet sitting professionally for almost three years now and have carefully built a large, loving, and growing community of pups (and their people) around Howard County. I have experience with pups of all breeds, sizes, and stages of life and moods! Anxious puppy? Don’t worry - I am fluent in the language of anxious puppy.

🐶 Building relationships and trust with dogs is the best part of this work. And it's something I have found I am naturally well suited for. Be it one-off visits or long term care, I like to take time to meet the pups, the family, and get to know routine. 🐾 Depending on your pup's needs, we will walk, run, play and maybe even swim! We can stay near your home, visit local parks and nearby neighborhood paths, and we can even find local hiking trails and swimming holes! 🏡 I do a lot of overnights with dogs and cats. It's a part of my own lifestyle and brings me a lot of joy to step into the life of a happy pet. I'll want all the details on the daily routine, the quirks and the uniqueness of your loved one(s). Overnight pet parents will be asked to fill out a separate in-take form that easily collects all relevant details. This is a great resource for me to make my time with your pets as smooth as can be. I work to get into the flow of your routine in order to keep as much "normal" as possible. Working to keep your time away as stress-free as possible is the ultimate goal. 😻 If there are cats in the picture, yay! I love love love cats. And I appreciate getting to know the unique personality and likes/dislikes of each cat I get to hang out with. 🌿 And, when I'm at your home - I treat it like my own and leave it better than I found it. A Leave No Trace mentality.

Jen was awesome! She sent great pictures, comments, and videos showing how our cat was doing while we were away. She took amazing care of him and he really loved having her visit and dote on him. My wife and I would be very happy to have her come again.

Jennifer was absolutely amazing. Even when our dogs didn't act as we thought they would, she was communicative and worked with us to make sure they were all right. I would absolutely use her again if our schedules align.
Jennifer is amazing with our dog Charlie. She knows her stuff and in addition to his amazing walks, Charlie is also learning many things.
