*Certified in pet first aid and CPR, also trained in senior care.* I had my corgi for 14 years before he passed, he was the best boy and I miss him dearly! Pet sitting has helped fill that void a little bit. I have been housesitting for dogs as little as a 5lb Yorkie to most recently, a 175lb Great Dane. I took a training course for puppies when I worked with animal rescues and fostered sick dogs to get them healthy enough to return to their regular foster homes. I’m well versed in administering meds, going on long walks and snuggling up with elderly dogs that just need some belly rubs.

I treat everyone’s pets as my own, honestly. Animals mean the world to me. I recently had to housesit a dog who was injured and took him to the vet to get the care he needed when his owners were out of town (with their approval of course). I stayed with him for hours at the vet so he wasn’t alone and cared for him when we got back home, finding dog safe foods for him to eat since he had no appetite. At my own home, I now have 4 cats and they are all up to date at the vet, eat Pet Wants food and I just upgraded their litter boxes to self cleaning so they always have a fresh place to go. I love my pets as my kids and would yours as well.

We are so lucky we found Jennifer to stay with our dog Roxy! I was pretty nervous because this was my first experience and Jennifer not only did a fantastic job, she kept me updated and eased any worries I ever had - I cannot say enough good!! Jennifer is excellent and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Schedule
I’m working a very flexible full time job currently that allows me to travel around or make stops during the day as needed. I’m completely free in the evenings or if needed, I can work from your home on a tablet as well if I’m housesitting and you need me there during the day.
