I work from home on PST, so my mornings are fairly free to have good playtime with pups. Our animals are on a feeding schedule, I’d work around yours that’s established for your pups, and we always separate animals during meals. Working on a different time zone allows for a late lunch break which I also utilize for the animals to get some exercise. During the workday, I take breaks often to check in on or show affection to my loves if they are not directly with me in my office. I’d obviously do the same for yours. I have a shed in my yard that is my office and often have my dogs hanging with me however so it’s pretty continuous supervision.
