Agreed to watch Ellie last minute. Super accommodating, photos and updates daily and responded quickly to my texts. Ellie takes meds and no issues with giving them either !

Jennifer is great, always sending photos and giving updates. Our dog can be super anxious and she never looks back when I drop her off. Will gladly book with Jennifer anytime she is available!

Jennifer was amazing. She was so kind, took such care of my girl, and kept me updated with photos. We came from out of town, and it was so freeing to be able to explore Salem and know that my girl was being cared for so well. She also gave great local tips on shops to visit and places to eat. I wish I had Jennifer in every state we visit.

My dogs had a great time. She was so communicative and sent pictures regularly so I never worried about them. Definitely would use again.

Jennifer was very flexible and accommodating with Jett’s stay, which I appreciated. Prior to drop-off, Jett had been experiencing some gastrointestinal issues over the weekend after likely getting into something small outside, which seeminglysubsided. As a precaution, I took him to the vet Monday morning before his visit. The vet cleared him, provided probiotics and a precautionary dewormer (while advising he did not have worms), and recommended a temporary special diet. By that point, it appeared his GI upset had mostly subsided. I communicated all of this to Jennifer ahead of time, including the possibility of some residual stomach issues, and asked if she was still comfortable taking him. She assured me it was no problem. I also explained his medications and diet instructions. I was running a little over an hour late for drop-off due to the vet visit, distance, and a work meeting, though still within the selected booking window, and I appreciated her flexibility with that. During the visit, I reached out a few times for updates, and after checking in, she began providing updates and walk information. I also periodically checked on whether he was still having any gastro issues, and it did not appear that he was. The following day, after the 24-hour stay, I asked if there had been any concerns. Jennifer advised that he had two accidents but otherwise everything was okay. However, upon pickup, Jett and his crate were extremely dirty — either from mud or an accident in the crate — and I was unclear on exactly what had happened. His medication was also gone, so I assume it was administered with both the special diet and kibble as discussed. Overall, I appreciated Jennifer’s willingness to accommodate Jett despite his stomach issues and her flexibility with timing. However, based on the condition he was in at pickup and some uncertainty around how the visit ultimately went, I’m not fully sure if he had a geat time outside or accident in his crate. Due to the attention required based on hia age and condition, perhaps wasn't the best fit for this particular stay due to schedule.

Jenn was fantastic and took care of our dog for 10 nights. It was wonderful knowing that our dog was well taken care of and that he had plenty of time to play. She gave him a lot of attention and plenty of walks. She sent tons of updates, which was always reassuring to see while away. I highly recommend her.
