Hello! My name is Jen and I've been a crazy cat lady my whole life! I work as a Study Manager for the Royal Marsden Hospital. I've lived with cats ever since I was 5 years old. My boy Ozzy in the picture has sadly passed away now at 13 years old. Although he was very affectionate with my Husband and I, he was very anxious around other people (with a lot of hissing!). We have now adopted 2 cats - Marie and Toulouse. Our new additions both have such different personalities - Toulouse is very friendly to everyone whereas Marie is very cautious and timid so I am very adept at dealing with cats of different temperaments and social needs. Over the years, my cats have had varying degrees of health as they have all been rescue cats and so I am very happy to administer tablet or injection medication if required. I understand that cats will sometimes need time adjusting to a new person in the house so I will give them their space while looking after them and try to gain their trust with games and treats (if allowed by the owner). As the owner I can understand it is worrying leaving your pets at home with a stranger while you are away so I will send pictures everyday to put you at ease and stay in regular contact. Jen was an absolute star. I am a very anxious cat mum and she sent updates and videos at every visit, Theo looked relaxed and well looked after throughout and really connected with Jen which was wonderful. She was very kind and spent time brushing him and cleaning his eye (Theo's favourite daily beauty routine). I will definitely book Jen again next time I go away!
This was our second time booking Jen and we were very happy once again. She sent us daily updates with photos and we returned home to a happy cat. She even brought in our bins for us :)
Mylo and Mia instantly warmed to Jennifer's warm and caring nature. She took the time to understand our requirements carefully and sent lots of updates on how they were getting on, which really put us at ease and allowed us to enjoy our time away without any worries! I'd definitely recommend Jennifer to anyone considering a cat sitter!
Jennifer did a great job taking care of our cat while we were abroad. Communication was excellent, she sent us photos and videos daily and we came home to a happy chatty cat :)
Jen is always wonderful with Bob, he loves seeing her, she's brilliant with him,always giving lots of love and attention x
This is the first time we have booked Jennifer, she was very reliable and sent us lovely videos and photos, she also gave our fur boy his medicine.
