I have always had a dog, or multiple dogs! Large, small, old and young, I truly enjoy them all. I worked for a local, vet owned pet shampoo company for several years and, besides dog sitting for friends, I have also volunteered with local rescues.

Our dog loves Jennifer! She is someone that is responsible and that you can count on. We had complete peace of mind while we were on recent trip. We knew our dog was safe, well cared for, and spoiled. Jennifer knew exactly what to do in our absence. A bonus was the daily feedback of photos and texts to keep us informed. You can tell she loves dogs.

Schedule
My husband and I are retired therefore we are home all day, most days. We spend a lot of our time outside in our backyard and I try and walk daily, preferably with my dog.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a large, fenced backyard and a spacious home. We have an 13/yr old male terrier mix who is very friendly and well socialized. He has lived with large, senior and juvenile dogs. I have a large and medium crate if needed as well as numerous dog beds. We are a dog friendly home and our dog is allowed on the furniture. I have no issues giving medications, etc.
Pets
A typical day
We play fetch in the backyard and swim in our pool. I have taught two dogs how to swim and have a small doggy life jacket if needed. Our neighborhood is safe and easy to walk around. I will not walk the dogs in hot weather summer months, preferring to play in the pool instead.
