Friendly Dog Walker and Pet Sitter!
I currently work from home for a family business, but I am looking to expand my own business and passion - taking care of animals! I worked for doggy daycares and boarding facilities for 3.5 years, ensuring the safety, happiness, and health of a wide variety of dog breeds and ages. I have administered medications, completed dog handling courses, and grooming training as well. This led me to groom professionally full-time for 2 years after college. I now prefer to do at-home bathing sessions and spend more time with pets one-on-one in a homey environment. In addition to dogs, I have taken care of fish, cats, amphibians, lizards, and birds. I have a 9 year old bunny of my own, so I am well-versed in rabbit care. Throughout high school, I volunteered at PetSmart taking care of the cats and at Diane's Pet Supplies, too, walking their dogs. These are all in addition to being my primary neighborhood dog-sitter/walker.

Jennifer was wonderful. Although out of the country it was comforting receiving daily updates as well as pictures to share with the family. Great communication and flexibility. I would highly recommend her and will be hopefully using her again in the future.
Milo had a wonderful stay with Jennifer! We like to know what our pup is up to when we’re away and Jennifer sent perfect updates and photos for our family to see! I would definitely recommend Jennifer as your next dogsitter. We had total peace of mind that Milo was taken care of.

Jennifer saved us with a last minute booking and it was a great experience for our pup. We will definitely book with her again. She kept us posted with updates and pics. Easy meet and greet because she only takes 1 animal at a time and does not have a pup, so I didn't need to worry about Sully getting along with another pup. Such a relief and peace of mind.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for myself and my pets with Jennifer. My dog who can be a bit shy really warmed up to her which is huge! Jennifer’s communication and overall positivity, care, and friendliness is so appreciated and made me feel completely comfortable leaving my dog and cat in her care. Highly recommend!

Schedule
Pet sitting fits very naturally into my daily routine because I work remotely with a highly flexible schedule. This allows me to adjust my day around your pet’s needs—whether that means regular walks, consistent feeding times, play breaks, or simply being present for companionship. I’m able to provide frequent check-ins. For stays in my own house, because I’m home throughout the day, your pet will get plenty of attention, supervision, and interaction. My flexible schedule also allows me to closely follow your pet’s routine and provide consistent, attentive care to keep them comfortable and well cared for.

I’m committed to providing attentive, reliable care for every pet I look after. I’m happy to take your dog on walks, follow feeding instructions closely, and administer any medications as needed. When caring for your pet in your home, I make it a priority to maintain their normal routine so they feel comfortable, secure, and stress-free while you’re away. I also pay close attention to behavior and overall well-being, ensuring your pet stays happy, healthy, and at ease. If your dog is staying in my home, they’ll be treated just like my own. They’ll enjoy plenty of affection, attention, and enrichment throughout the day—including couch privileges, treats (as approved), and lots of cuddles. Because I work from home, your pet will have near-constant supervision and companionship, allowing me to closely monitor their safety, comfort, and health for a smooth and enjoyable stay!
A typical day
Dogs and I usually will do a 25-30 minute walk around the neighborhood and I always spend extra time before and after a walk administering lots of pets and greetings! When dog sitting, we will play with their favorite toys and receive lots of cuddles. I'm always happy to just chill with a pet too while I work!

- I’m committed to providing a safe and positive experience for every pet in my care. For this reason, I’m best suited for dogs that are well-managed on walks and comfortable in a home environment. If your dog has a history of aggressive behavior or is difficult to control on leash, I may not be the best fit. Please let me know if your pet has any allergies or triggers (i.e. certain sounds scare them like fireworks).
