Information Jennifer i. would like to know about your pet
I need to know the temperament of your pet, what makes them uncomfortable or triggers, so i can assure your pet they are in a safe place! I live in a high dog trafficked area so if walks around other dogs triggers your dog i would greatly appreciate if it was communicated… please DO NOT hesitate to contact me for any questions/concerns you may have! I don’t mind dogs that are not crate trained, but I do sometimes prefer it, but if your dog isn’t crate trained, it’s perfectly fine Hope to see you fur baby soon!
A typical day
To start off the day, the pets get a 7am walk..come back eat in the morning, then go their second walk an hour and half after eating later, ( i wait an hour an a half because it can cause digestion issues) I normally walk them for about 45 min, it all depends on the pet! Ideally 1 hour is the minimum…unless your pup is a senior, physically impaired, or doesn’t require so much time out! The dogs are walked 2-3 times a day, which includes a morning, noon and evening walk(again, it depends on the dog’s energy), and/or dog park time. I live close to the village and in the middle of the lower east side so there are dog parks everywhere!

Pet care experience
I have 20+ years in pet care experience, i have had pets all my life. I have experience with small, medium and large dogs, and experience with cats! I own a shitzu which i adopted 6 years ago, she is now a senior, i have a 3 year old Siamese cat which i had since birth and a now 1 year old cat that i had since he was 3 weeks old, which a customer at my job surrendered to me! I also care for someone’s cat every couple of months when she goes on vacation! She is also a customer at my store! I may also add that i work in the pet industry as a manager of a pet store which i been doing for about 8 years. I go above and beyond for not only my pets, but for every pet that steps foot in my presence, whether it’s my home, someone else’s home or at work!

Reviews

This was my first time being away from Chai for a trip so I was very nervous. Jennifer was very communicative and reassuring, always kept me up to date with pictures and videos which put me at ease knowing my baby was safe and having a vacation of his own. Will definitely be bringing him to her again.

Jennifer was 100/10! She went above and beyond and my pup came back healthy and happier then I left him. She kept me posted every day on how he was doing and even sent him home with a couple new toys. I would highly recommend her and will definitely be using her services again!

Jennifer took great care of my dog. She was very responsive and kept me updated. My dog was very comfortable with her and her dog and loved her son! She shared sweet pictures of them together. I would recommend her services.

I had such a great experience with her over the eight days she watched Chloe. She was always prompt, kind, and extremely communicative, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She consistently updated me with messages and photos, and it was clear that Chloe was in loving, attentive hands. Chloe was walked daily and got nice, long walks, which I really appreciated. She also seemed to do great socializing with the other dogs. Most importantly, I could tell that Chloe genuinely trusted and felt comfortable with her—and that means everything to me. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable, caring, and trustworthy to watch their dog.
