I’ve been walking dogs for 6+ years and have had cats my entire life, so I’m comfortable with pets of every size and personality. At home, we have a golden retriever service dog, so I’m well-versed in daily care routines and handling dogs with real responsibilities. I’ve been the go-to neighborhood dog walker for years — big dogs, small dogs, all of them — and I’m now excited to bring that experience onto Rover officially. Animals have always been a huge part of my life; I even donated our wedding money to the local humane society because giving back to animals matters that much to me.

Since I focus on walks and drop-in visits rather than boarding, all care happens in the client’s home and neighborhood. When I’m in a client’s home, I treat it with the same respect and attention as my own — making sure doors and gates are secured, following the pet’s normal routine, and keeping food, water, and medications exactly as instructed. On walks, I keep dogs leashed and under control at all times, paying attention to their comfort level around other people, pets, and traffic. I always leave the home as clean and secure as I found it.

We absolutely love Jenny! She has helped take care of our golden retriever Mabel many times and she’s always very reliable, kind and great about sharing updates and photos! She’s the best.
Jennifer has helped our family out many times when we’ve been in a bind. She’s fed, walked and played with our sweet and wild dog, Daisy. Daisy is always happy to see Jennifer and it truly helps that she loves dogs and likes to go for walks. She is kind, trustworthy and responsible. I would use her again in a heartbeat.
Jennifer has cared for S’mores several times—overnight, during the day, and for walks—and she has been absolutely fantastic every time. She is always friendly, responsible, punctual, and communicates very well. It is clear that she genuinely loves animals, which makes all the difference. S’mores is always excited to see her; on our Ring camera, we can see him wagging his tail and running to greet her when she arrives. That is the best sign that he feels comfortable and happy in her care. We highly recommend Jennifer and have never had any issues with her.
Jennifer is our good friend and neighbor. She has taken care of our pets, 2 cats and a dog, countless times. She is incredibly dependable, trustworthy, caring, and is our first call when we need someone to look in on our furry crew. She provides frequent updates and is quick to let us know if anything isn’t as expected. We’ve seen her interact with her own sweet pets and she pours the same love and attention into ours. They are always excited to see her! With Jenny, we know they are in the very best hands and couldn’t recommend her enough!
Jen is the kindest and sweetest! She has been watching and walking our dog, Smores, for years! She is so gentle and loving with him, always willing to help, even when I have a last minute request (which happens quite often- sorry Jen!). I’m a working mom, in office 4-5 days a week and my husband travels quite a bit, I don’t know how I would manage without her. 5 stars from us and it would be more if we could grant them!

Schedule
I have availability weekdays from 9am to 3pm, which makes it easy to fit in walks, drop-ins, or midday visits during the workweek. On weekends I have more limited availability, but I’m happy to work with you on scheduling when I can. I try to keep a flexible, reliable routine so your pet’s care stays consistent, whether it’s a quick walk or a longer visit.
