Jennifer was fantastic with our cat, Pickles. She met us at the house a week in advance. Pickles was immediately comfortable with her, which is atypical. Jennifer has a calm demeanor and knows exactly how to approach a cat who is typically protective of her surroundings. She spent 30/min per day for 4 days, and Pickles was happy to see Jennifer and meowed at the door when she left. Thank you!
