I love them all. I love when they are new to life and excited. I love them when they've lived a lot of life and are slowing down. It was a privilege to clean up all the messes before my 17yr old best fur friends left me. Health issues from old age doesn't bother me. Neither does a little pee or poop from potty training. I have patience. I volunteered for the St Charles Humane Society in the 90s and again 2012-2015 for the San Diego Humane Society's mobile adoption unit.

Hi, Jennifer has more love 4 animals than anyone i’ve ever met. I’ve trusted her watching my cat when out of town.I completely trust her. She goes out of her way to feed & help strays. Anyone would be lucky to have her watch their pets( babies!)
I can't recommend Jennifer highly enough as a pet caregiver. She's watched my cat Oscar multiple times, including week-long stretches while I've traveled, and every time I've come home to a happy and relaxed cat. Jennifer sends regular updates and photos, is attentive to Oscar's routine and needs, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. I trust her completely with my pet and I'm always at ease knowing Oscar is in her care.

Schedule
I work mostly weekends and typically evenings if I pick up shifts during the week. My weekday mornings and afternoons have a lot of flexibility. I would love to schedule consistent walks and feedings throughout the week, but have the freedom and flexibility to provide additional care for temporary needs. I want my clients to know they have someone they can count on last minute to fill a need they hadn't foreseen, but I'm also open to establishing a longer relationship and am in a position where I can commit to routine assistance.

If I'm cat sitting for you, you can have peace of mind knowing I'm going to talk their ears off and take every scratch in allowed to give. I'm not just feeding and scooping, I'm giving love and attention. I'm open to boarding cats and small dogs. My backyard isn't completely fenced, but I a bonus side yard that is fenced in. I'm sandwiched between Tower Grove Park and Crondelette. There's food parks and neighborhoods to stroll nearby. I can provide overnight stays in your residence if your dog is medium or large, you have multiple critters and want them to get spoiled with love, or if it just makes sense and makes you feel better to have a 2 for 1 pet sitter and eyes on your property. I'm happy to accommodate whatever you need.
Pets
A typical day
I like to play "what's that" and get them going. I pretend to have conversations with them and let them tell me if we are excited or cuddly, asking them what they think about matters. Tug of war never gets old, but I prefer to play it with pitties or breeds that really know how to throw some weight into it. I play blanket snakes with cats and throw down with good toys. I'm my home, I craft enough that cats think I'm always playing, even when I'm really not, but somehow we end up doing it anyway. I have a yoga room that is also a pet room to roll around together on a soft open surface. Everybody loves that rug. Plus, dogs and cats love doing yoga. It only takes a minute before they are on the mat with me.
