I adapt my care depending on the service and each pet’s individual needs. For dog walking, I make sure each walk is safe, engaging, and suited to the dog’s energy level. I pay attention to their behavior, keep them on secure routes, and ensure they get both exercise and attention. For cat sitting, I care for cats in their own home where they feel most comfortable. This includes feeding, cleaning the litter box, playtime, and making sure they feel calm and secure especially for more shy or independent cats. For house sitting, I maintain the pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. I provide companionship, regular feeding, walks if needed, and keep the home clean and secure while the owner is away. I’ve grown up with both dogs and cats, so I understand how to handle different personalities and make sure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

Jennifer stayed at our house looking after our cat Luna when we were away for 6 days. She was very flexible, as she agreed to this job even though we live far away on the countryside and she doesn't drive. Luna is a shy cat who doesn't like change, so we were very happy that she got to stay at home. When we came back Luna seemed to be just fine, which we assume means that she had an alright time with Jennifer. Jennifer accepted Luna's shy personality and didn't try to push her too much into being social. She also administered medicine in Lunas wet food, without any problems. I wrote Jennifer several times during our vacation and always got a reply. The only thing we could have wished for is some more spontanous updates from Jennifer's side, about how things were going. But it really wasn't a problem and we would gladly ask for her help again =)
Super friendly and patient. Was very kind to the dog and nice to talk with.

Schedule
Pet care fits well into my routine, especially in the evenings and on weekends. I work during the day with a flexible schedule while working from home, but I’m consistently available after work for walks, visits, and check-ins. I enjoy being active and spending time with animals, so caring for pets is something I genuinely look forward to. I plan my schedule to make sure I can give each pet enough attention, time, and care without rushing. I’m also flexible on weekends, which allows me to take on longer visits.
