I am a special education paraprofessional during the school year (August-May) but I am available for drop-in visits during the summer months and/or weekends (Saturday-Monday).

I will follow the pet owner's instructions as to how they would prefer that their pets be taken care of in their home. I will feed the pets the amount requested, and scoop litter boxes as often as required. I will let dogs out as often as requested and clean-up after them outside. If the pets soil carpets or flooring, I will clean-up the messes as needed.

Pet care experience
I worked at a local animal shelter for seven years as an Animal Care Technician where I fed the dogs and cats who were on the adoption floor. I also scooped litter boxes and took dogs for walks in the fenced yard. I also administered medications to dogs and cats who were ill and were in the isolation areas. I am very comfortable feeding pets, as well as scooping litter boxes and administering medications. I have also been a pet owner for most of my adult life.

Jennifer does an amazing job with my cat! She listens and follows care instructions well and genuinely loves pets. I enjoy getting her check in photos showing how happy my cat is, which is a great relief when I am travelling.
Jennifer was great with my two cats! Gave them lots of cuddles while I was gone and made sure to send me a lot of pictures. Great experience.
