I am unable to board dogs at my home during this time. We have free-range chickens and can't risk unfamiliar dogs around them. I'm able to board caged animals (rodents/reptiles/amphibians+) if needed. I am more than happy to tend to your pet(s) at your home!

Please let know of any medical needs, including medications or things such as joint problems to be aware of. It would also be good to know food no-no's (in case I bring a treat), favorite toys, favorite pet/scratch spots, or anything else I can use to win over your pet! I am comfortable with all non-aggressive pets, whether furry, scaled, feathered, or other!
A typical day
I would love to know your pet's favorite activities (fetch, walks, a certain toy, tricks, etc) and really get them tuckered out! I know pets are comfortable with routine and familiarity. I'll try to stick to what they're used to, plus get a little more energy out for good measure :)

Pet care experience
I've been around a variety of animals all my life and I know that special indescribable bond that happens when you and your pet become family. I currently have a 9 year old corgi mix named Mose. We lost his 15 year old corgi mix "brother" last year and the pain is still fresh. They truly are family and I promise to treat your dog with the same love given to my own. I'm also able to help with any other animals that may need attention. In addition to Mose, I currently own chickens, quail, a bearded dragon, cats, and Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches. In the past, I have owned turkeys, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, snakes, fish, and a hedgehog. There is not much that I'm uncomfortable with when it comes to pet care. I'd love to help keep your pets happy and healthy until you come back home! I would be comfortable meeting at your home or a public place free of charge before the first booking. I would be bringing my husband, Rob, with me, too. He's also a very big animal lover!

This was my first business trip, first time being away from my dog, and very last minute. I reached out to four potential sitters in the area. Of those four, two responded, and of those two only Jennifer could accommodate my request on such short notice. Jennifer took care of my dog as if he was her own. I didn’t have to worry at all while I was gone as Jennifer sent photos and videos at every visit. I couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter and I highly recommend her.
Quickly picked up on our pets’ routine which isn’t easy when there are five of them! Felt safe and comfortable having Jenn in our home and with our little loved ones. Highly recommend!
