I am a respectful human, respectful of your pet. I understand that your familiar(pet) is family and to trust a stranger with them is a HUGE responsibility and I want to insure you that your animal is spoiled and safe while in my care. I love all animals, and will make sure that they all get equal amounts of love, attention and play that they deserve. Cats are more than welcome to use me as a bed, a scratching post, as a catnip source, or I can leave them alone entirely if they so desire! I know it is also important that our pets are comfortable and preferably anxiety free. So sometimes that means that staying home where we are familiar with our own toys and smells, is best for everyone.

Does your dog need medications or drugs administered? Does your dog have anxiety or separation issues? If so have they been kennel trained? This prevents possible destruction of property and a headache.
A typical day
We eat breakfast and dinner at a preferably set time. Our dates are most likely action packed with activities like going to the Cherry Creek state park 1k acre off leash dog park, playing with other dogs and playing in the water. Long walks in the neighborhood and always plenty of snacks and praise. Big fans of sunbathing, tug of war, throwing ball, mental stimulation and tons of snuggles. If your dog is older, doesn't care for the stimulation, or is just a cranky dude who prefers humans, we can keep it low-key and accommodating to whatever you and your familiar need and are comfortable with.

Ive been babysitting and pet sitting since I was honestly much too young to be trusted with such responsibilities (hello the 90s!). Ive cared for all kinds of animals over the years. From your typical house pet (cats, dogs, bird, ferrets, turtles), to farm animals. I pledge to keep your fur babies safe and happy while you take care of you while you're away.

Jen has watch my dog/dogs countless times throughout the last 8 years or so of knowing her. She would send me photos of them taking hikes on my property when I was at work, and even would get them little treats to show her love. I would trust her with my pets as much as with life.
Jen has a natural and intuitive heart for animals. I've known her for over 10 years and in that time I have not once met a dog or cat that does not instantly gravitate towards her and her magical furbaby mama vibe. Dogs absolutely adore her!
