I’ve always had a real love for dogs and genuinely enjoy spending time with them. I love getting to know each dog’s personality, whether they’re playful and energetic or calm and cuddly. I treat every dog as if they were my own, making sure they feel happy, safe, loved, and comfortable while they’re in my care. When I left school I attended college and completed a Btec diploma in animal care. Following that I worked in a dog kennels and learned a lot about holistic care of dogs. I then got the opportunity to work as a trainee veterinary nurse for 2.5yrs where I learned even more about all small animals. Due to finances I then changed careers but my love of animals (in particular dogs) has never lessened. The only reason I haven’t had a dog of my own is due to work commitments and living on my own. I have regular contact with my mum and dads dog Brodie. Just for information I am also a registered nurse.

Safety, trust & environment
I am unable to look after your dogs in my home due to apartment restrictions so would only be able to offer service in pets home. I am very respectful of property/belongings so would look after them like they were mine.

Jennifer was absolutely fantastic! She responded quickly to my initial enquiry and took the time to meet with me and Lola beforehand to familiarise herself with the house and Lola’s routine. She arrived exactly as agreed and provided great feedback on how the visits went. I will definitely be using Jennifer again and highly recommend her.
Just returned from 15 nights away on holiday. We have a dog called Millie who means everything to us. Millie has some challenging anxiety issues which needed someone very special who would understand them and work with Millie to manage them while we were away. Jen was exactly that and much more. Millie not only bonded with Jen but thrived with jens patience and nurturing. Jen sent daily updates, pictures and videos which enabled us to relax and enjoy our holiday without worry. Thank you so much Jen, you truly are wonderful. I would recommend Jen to anyone looking for a dog sitter, walker or drop in service.
I contacted Jen after my usual walker cancelled. She quickly arranged a meet and greet and happily took on the job of looking after my dog Karma. I would definitely recommend Jen as she provides lots of feedback and reassurance that your dog is ok. I will definitely be using Jens services again.
Jen lookd after Hooch whikexwe were away, she was amazing, she sent pics to reassure us he was ok. And Hooch was happy. Highly recomend
Jen has dealt with dogs for 20+ years. She controls them with a firm but kindly manner. She has dealt with a fair number of breeds and is aware of their characteristics. In earlier years she worked in a vet's practice which gave her the added experience of knowing when a dog needs medical attention. She is also able to do minor jobs such as treating cuts and cleaning eyes. She is trustworthy and conscientious.

Schedule
I live on my own and am looking to explore other options outside of nursing. I am pretty flexible with my time so should be able to help when needed. Only thing I would be unable to do is look after dogs in my own home due to apartment restrictions.
