I’ve had animals throughout my life and have many years of hands on experience caring for pets, so looking after animals has always been a natural part of my life. More recently, I’ve built on that experience through work in a local kennels and cattery, volunteering with the RSPCA at Millbrook, and experience at Battersea’s cattery. I have also completed a IMDT dog training course, developing my knowledge of dog behaviour, handling and positive training methods. I’m calm, patient and very attentive to each animal’s individual personality and routine. I’m happy to provide dog walks, daytime care in your home, feeding, play, companionship and plenty of attention, while following any routines or training you already have in place. I’m reliable and responsible, and I understand how much trust is involved in allowing someone to care for your pet or come into your home. I take that responsibility seriously and always aim to make animals feel safe, settled and well cared for. I’m comfortable caring for pets with different personalities and needs, and I’ll always treat your animal with the same care and attention I would want for my own.

When I’m looking after your pet in your home, I want them to feel as though their normal routine hasn’t changed. I’ll take the time to get to know them, whether they’re energetic and playful, nervous and shy, or just love having someone around for a cuddle. I’ll follow your instructions carefully, including their usual feeding times, walks, treats, play, training and anything else that is important to them. I’m also happy to send you updates and photos while you’re away, so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and being well cared for. I’m very respectful of people’s homes and will always make sure everything is left safe and secure. I’m particularly careful with doors, gates and anything else that could affect your pet’s safety. After many years of caring for animals, I know how much they become part of the family. I understand that leaving your pet with someone else can feel daunting, so I want you to feel completely comfortable and confident that they’re in safe, caring hands. For me, it isn’t just about taking a dog for a walk or feeding a pet, it’s about giving them company, making them feel safe and happy, and treating them with the same love and care I would give my own.

I had such a great experience leaving my dog with Jennifer for a month. She was so caring and attentive, and I could tell from the start that my dog was really comfortable and happy around her. She kept me updated and gave me complete peace of mind while I was away, which made such a difference. she regularly sent me pictures and videos. It’s obvious that she genuinely loves animals and takes their care seriously. Schedule
I love being around animals, so caring for pets is something I really enjoy and look forward to. I’m happy to fit regular dog walks into my week and can be flexible with times depending on what works best for you and your dog. I’m also happy to do daytime visits and pet sitting, whether your pet needs a walk, feeding, some playtime or simply someone to keep them company while you’re out. I’m very happy to give them plenty of attention and follow their normal routine, as I know how important it is for pets to feel comfortable and settled. I’d rather take my time and give each pet the care and attention they deserve than rush them. Your pet will always be treated as an individual and given lots of patience and care.
