Welcome to our profile 👋🏼
Our names are Jennifer and Ryan. We are a couple who absolutely adore all animals and enrich our lives by spending time with them. Jennifer holds a First Class BSC degree in Animal Behaviour and Welfare, and has worked with animals through teaching students and managing college animal collections (4+ years), with her qualifications. She has previously been pet first aid trained and is looking to re- update this. Ryan spends all of his time exploring with his Labrador/ Border Collie, Aavie, who he has trained since she was a pup and is in the process of training as a therapy dog for SEND children. Aavie joins us with whatever we do, and with having two campervans, we endlessly explore. We are dedicated and passionate pet owners, and have looked after a breath of animals, from dogs and cats, to meerkats, all different kinds of reptile/ amphibian species, goats, alpacas and lots of small furries! To say we love and care for animals is an understatement! Within Jennifer’s line of work, being vigilant with animals needs is of upmost importance, so be assured that your 4 legged family members will be looked after like one of our own.

This is our second time using Jennifer and Ryan for our dog Iroh and already looking forward to using them again. They are such a genuinely nice couple, who always are more than happy to look after our dog and are so accommodating even when it’s last minute. Iroh gets so excited as soon as we pull into their road so I know he absolutely loves it there! Thank you again to both of you for having him. Highly recommend to anyone!
Jennifer was fantastic! From the moment we dropped our little boy off, she kept us updated throughout the day with regular messages and updates. Chuckles was happy, comfortable, and well looked after. Jennifer is professional, friendly, and clearly loves what she does. We’ll definitely be using them again and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and attentive.
Jennifer provided great care for our lovely dog, Reggie. Kept us updated with photos and information about how he was getting on and even returned him home to us. Reg can be nervous and Jennifer understood how to approach and meet his needs, giving him space when he needed it and attention when he sought it. Would definitely book again, thank you x

Schedule
We both currently work full time from Monday to Friday, so we are only available to pet sit from Friday evenings to Sunday evenings at the moment.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced garden, so dogs are able to explore this area. We are able to either let dogs have the entire house to explore, or we can enclose them to the kitchen and lounge area, to create a smaller, safer feeling space, depending on the dogs personality. We have a 3 year old Border Collie X Labrador who is very friendly with other dogs. We are able to accommodate to different dogs needs, such as if they require to be in a crate at night, or if they prefer to snooze on the couch! We are also able to weigh food, follow strict feeding guidelines and have a multitude of dog- friendly walks on our doorstep. We can provide bedding or we can use any bedding you provide (which sometimes helps to settle dogs due to having their familiar smells around them). We are happy to accommodate as much as we possibly can, so please just ask.
Pets
A typical day
We love adventuring, so be rest assured if your dog likes to be active, then we can very much meet this demand! Likewise, we also like balance, so we can also accommodate our home to a more senior or less active dog, especially as there will be two of us to take care of them. We usually go for one long walk a day, whereby we explore fields or forests. We then have a garden where we can play with dogs even more so. We are laid back, flexible people, so we can suit our day to meet your dogs needs, as Aavie loves to relax and to have a good explore too!
