My first ever job was at 10 years old as the neighborhood dog walker. I have been a huge animal lover since I was born and am regularly recruited to watch and care for my friend’s and family’s pets. I have experience with animals big and small, young and old. I currently volunteer and foster with the Idaho Humane Society. I can confidently administer meds orally, have been trained to administer subcutaneous fluids, and can give injections. I feel such a special connection to animals and am excited to treat your beloved pet like my own.

Safety, trust & environment
For boarders: I have a completely fenced back yard with a 6-foot fence. Camo, my dog, cat, and critter friendly dog is my trusty sidekick. I also have 3 ferrets who will not ever meet your pet, but will provide moral support from a safe distance :). *~*IMPORTANT TO NOTE:*~* My ferrets are kept in a clear pen that is about 3ft tall in my main living space. Pets will never be left there unsupervised, but if your pet has such a high prey drive that they cannot handle being around the pen, my home is unfortunately not a good fit for them.

Jennifer was amazing. She took such great care of our animals and was so communicative the whole time. One of our dogs has a nervous belly and unfortunately had accidents in the house while we were gone. Jennifer was so kind and attentive to cook chicken and rice for our baby until her stomach settled. We will definitely be using her again!
Jennifer was very professional and we could see that she was a dog lover. Our Goldie can be very skittish around new people and very loud. We appreciated Jennifer’s patience in letting Goldie warm up to her. Our other dog, Sid, immediately made himself comfy in Jennifer’s lap. Jennifer kept us updated with photos which we really appreciated. We highly recommend Jennifer to care for your pets.
Jennifer was fantastic!!! She watched our babies for 7 days, took them on daily walks, kept them safe, fed and entertained. She was great about sending pupdates including pictures, and her communication was awesome. She was punctual for meet and greets and asked all the right questions, and it really put us at ease when we took the chance on a new sitter for such a long stretch. She left our home clean, and most importantly, us and our pups very happy with her services. Thank you Jenn, would definitely book again in the future!

Schedule
I work full time as a microbiologist at the ISDA. The good news is, my schedule is very regular. My hours are from 8:30am-5:00pm. Depending on distance, I am able to take lunch in the afternoon for drop-ins.
