Hi. I'm Jenn, an American Expat now living in Amersfoort Centrum. I speak both English and Dutch, and am planning on taking the language exams early next year. I work from home for the Coronatest Appointment Line and tutor English second language online. I love living here, even when it rains for weeks at a time. I have a 3 year old cat (still my kitten) named Houdini and I've been helping friends with cat sitting for a while now. I have had other pets - fancy rats and family dogs, but this is my first cat. To be honest, it's an adventure. At the same time, I enjoy the company of cats and am always very happy to make new (cat) friends. Hence, this bijbaan (really no better word for it) solves both your situation of finding caring, responsible and not too spendy help and my own wish to hang out with cats. See? That's why I call it 42. It's the answer to everything. (Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy nerd joke)

This was my first time leaving Ruben and Zena home alone for the weekend, but Jennifer made the whole experience so easy and guilt-free. She sent me daily videos, took great care of them, and gave me real peace of mind while I was away. Highly recommend!

I'm absolutely delighted with my experience with Jennifer. She is friendly, communicative, reliable, trustworthy and she really went out of her way to take really good care of our cat Lilith. Jennifer kept in touch every day and sent videos and texts to update us on how Lilith was doing. Knowing that our cat was so well taken care of really helped us to chill out and enjoy our holiday. We came home to a very relaxed and happy little cat.
