Managing a multi-cat household is no small task, but she handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine affection for our kitties. She took the time to get to know each cat's unique personality, routine, and needs, and it was clear she truly cared about their well-being. Throughout our trip, she provided regular updates, photos, and messages, which gave us tremendous peace of mind knowing our cats were happy, healthy, and receiving excellent care. When we returned home, everything was spotless, and our cats were relaxed and content, a true testament to the wonderful care Jennifer provided.
