We had a great experience with Jen! She took the time to meet with us beforehand to make sure it was a good fit, which we really appreciated, especially since our booking was a bit last minute. She was kind and thoughtful, and made sure to stick to Roo’s usual routine and not leave her longer than she’s used to. We also loved getting updates and photos while we were away.
