I am a part-time student so I have plenty of time to give attention to your beloved best friend! I am home most days of the week and only out for short periods of time to run errands. My schedule is fairly flexible.

For boardings: I have a front yard & a back yard, however the front yard will only be used if your pet is leashed so as to not risk them getting out. The backyard is escape-proofed for even very small dogs, and your pet will never be left outside unsupervised. The backyard is big enough for playing fetch & potty breaks. I typically do not leave any animals alone in my home for more than a couple hours at a time, in case I need to run an errand. For sittings: I am very courteous as to keep your home in the condition that it was left in upon arrival. I will put items where I found them & treat your pets and your home with the same care & respect that I would give my own pets & home!

Before working with your pet I would like to know the following information: if your pet has anxiety (separation anxiety, etc), has food allergies, specific triggers (such as squirrels, cats, children, other dogs,food aggression or territorial over toys, etc), is up to date with his/her vaccinations, has health conditions or concerns that require special care (such as arthritis, injuries, deafness or blindness, etc), if your dog is crate trained and which commands your dog knows, if your dog is allowed to have treats.
A typical day
For boardings: dogs receive lots of pets, ear scratches, and belly rubs! Food, water, & medication is given per owner's instructions. Walks are given as requested, and playtime is givem daily, whether it's tug-o-war or fetch or your pup's favorite games. For sittings: During my time with your dog, we will go for walks around your neighborhood. Depending on your pet's needs, we may go to a natural area or park in town. We will avoid busy streets where there is a lot of traffic.

Hi there! My name is Jennifer and I am a lover of animals and nature. I am very attentive to the animals that I work with and I am highly sensitive to the needs of those around me, including animals. I grew up having a variety of pets, including cats, dogs, fish, snakes, and hamsters. I currently only have one pet, a bearded dragon (who lives in a tank). I have several years of experience working as a pet groomer's assistant for a mobile pet grooming business, where I worked daily with dogs and the occasional cat. I am happy to come to your four-legged friend for dog walking and check-ins, or they can come to my home for boardings. Thank you for visiting my profile and I look forward to meeting your fur baby!
