The place your pup wants to vacay!
Hi! My name is Jen and I am a huge animal lover! Starting at a young age, I began gaining experience with all kinds of animals. As an adult, I lived in the country where I took care of several types of farm animals. I've taken care of canines from puppies to seniors. I can give oral medication as well as injections. I recently took a little hiatus from pet sitting while I was working full time at a veterinary clinic where I gained even more hands on experience. My family and I recently moved to Amarillo and now that we are settled into our new home, and I am a stay at home mom again, I finally get to meet new pup friends from around the area to take care of. Animals in my care are treated like one of the family and get plenty of affection and attention. I am a Certified Dog Groomer as well. Many owners have loved that their pup has the opportunity to have a professional bath before returning home, for an additional fee. Is your pet in need of an experienced and loving caregiver while you are away? If so, I'd love to hear from you and be able to offer my home as a place for them to hang out, get playtime in, and rest until you return home. Blessings!

Jennifer was awesome! She took such great care of Charlee and Raider while we were gone. She followed all our requests perfectly and kept us updated daily with pics and messages, which really put our minds at ease. The biggest proof of how incredible she is was seeing how relaxed and happy our dogs were when we got back. Our doodle is scared of pretty much everything and everyone, but by the end of the stay, she wanted to hug and snuggle Jennifer before she left. That says a lot! I've never felt more comfortable leaving our pups with a sitter. Jennifer treated them like her own, and honestly, I can't say enough good things about her. She's truly a dream sitter and has officially become their "vacation mom!" We'll definitely be booking with her again.
Jennifer was amazing with my old man! Very communicative, and accommodating for our last minute plans. She took some amazing pictures amd I could tell my pooch had a wonderful time in her home. This was my first time using Rover and she certainly set the bar very high! If I'm ever in the area again, Jennifer will be my first call. I cannot recommend her enough.
Jennifer was awesome! So genuinely caring and kind. She took great care of my fur baby while hubby and I were away. She kept us updated with photos and videos throughout. I highly recommend Jennifer!
I’ll be honest, my 1yo beagle, Louie, is a handful, but Jennifer and her family were so good with him. Louie particularly liked her dog, Max! We’d definitely recommend Jennifer.
Ozzie had another great stay with Jennifer. I’m so glad I found someone I trust to leave Ozzie with. Thank you Jennifer.
Bo had such a good time with Jennifer that I think he was sad to leave. She was great with him! I’d highly recommend her!

Schedule
I am a homeschooling mom so I am home most of the day every day of the week except for the occasional errand and chauffeuring my child to various activities. Your pet family members will easily fit into our laid back daily flow.

Safety, trust & environment
I have two pups of my own that love playing and snoozing with our Rover friends. I can crate dogs if needed. I can also separate dogs if needed with the use of baby gates. We take several potty and play breaks throughout the day. I do my best to make sure we are a good fit for each other to help maintain a peaceful environment.
Pets
A typical day
Playing fetch is a daily activity around here. Belly rubs are an all day activity of ours as well. If your pup is good on a leash, we can go for walks around my neighborhood.
