Jennifer was amazing. She treated my kitty very well, even giving her a bath while she was at her house! She has an animal friendly space, and is great about sending updates as well as photos and videos. I trusted her completely with my cat. I highly recommend Jennifer.

When we picked our dog up, he was excited to see us but was not acting normally—he had lost a noticeable amount of weight, was refusing food, and seemed fearful, even of us. He has not been his normal self since returning home a week and a half ago (not responding to commands, not playing, and appearing withdrawn). Additionally, the sitter reported him as “aggressive,” which was concerning given that he has never shown aggression before in the years we’ve had him, or with any other sitters, on and off Rover. She only told me of her claim after I asked how my dog was doing. The change in his behavior after staying with her makes us question the quality of care he received. As an aside, the sitter’s residence is a mobile home park, not an apartment as listed, and there were several extra people in the residence when we dropped off and picked up (4+) Unfortunately, we would not recommend this sitter based on our experience.

Jennifer is a very kind, understanding person who takes pride in caring for animals. She was very communicative, sent us updates and photos of our fur baby Mia and showed compassion! Definitely looking forward to having her care for our fur baby again in the future. Thank you again!

Jennifer was able to work with my long hour work schedule and picked up right away when I texted. That’s a big thing for me cause my hours are difficult to find someone. She kept me updated as well and took good care of my baby.

Jennifer is really nice and accommodating. She even took care of our pit Jada with short notice. She provided daily updates for Jada including photos of their activities. We found the perfect dogsitter for Jada in the Redding area, and we look forward to her dogsitting Jada in the near future. Thanks again Jennifer!
